Videoke Challenge
Rules and Guidelines
• Eligibility Open to all registered participants. (early Registered and Walk-in)
• Solo performances only.
• Song Selection: Any song is allowed, provided it has an available videoke/karaoke version.
• Songs must be appropriate (no offensive or explicit content).
• Song choice is first-come, first-served to avoid duplication.
• Time Limit: Maximum performance 5 minutes only. (One song per participant)
• Participants must sing live (no lip-syncing).
• Lyrics are displayed on screen .
• Order of Performance will be determined by draw lots / registration order.
• The top 5 participants will be performing/singing another song
• Judges’ Decision AND Judges’ scores are final and irrevocable.
Judging Criteria (100%)
Vocal Quality – 40% Pitch accuracy Tone and clarity Breath control.
Rhythm & Timing – 20% Ability to follow the melody and beat Proper phrasing.
Stage Presence – 20% Confidence and poise Audience engagement Overall performance impact.
Expression & Interpretation – 10% Emotional delivery Connection to the song’s message
Overall Impression – 10% Creativity Entertainment value
