Made from the grapes of just three small vineyards, Ornellaia Bianco 2019 captures the unique character of the estate.

The complex and age-worthy blend with a majority of Sauvignon Blanc is the result of deep knowledge of the terroir and its capacities.The wine has spent ten months ageing on the lees in new and used barriques, followed by two months in steel and an additional six in the bottle.

Ottenuto dall'accurata selezione di uve provenienti esclusivamente da tre piccoli vigneti, Ornellaia Bianco 2019 esprime alla perfezione il carattere unico della tenuta.

Questo blend a maggioranza di Sauvignon Blanc, caratterizzato da una grande complessità e capacità di invecchiamento, è il risultato di una profonda conoscenza del terroir. Dopo dieci mesi di maturazione sulle fecce in barrique e altri due mesi in vasche d’acciaio, il vino è stato sottoposto ad un ulteriore affinamento in bottiglia di sei mesi.

La raccolta tardiva di queste uve, che si è conclusa proprio oggi, si è svolta in diverse fasi per consentire ai grappoli il raggiungimento della perfetta concentrazione di zuccheri, acidità e profumi.
