According to the United Nations careers portal "The full selection process in UN agencies takes from 2 weeks to 4 months. There is a joke, if you would like to find a good job at the UN, you need half a year or even more. The first step or reviewing of candidates is long-listing". Realistically 3-4 years to get international jobs. Do you have 3-4 years of your life to waste for job applications?
