学习酒店管理其可以不知品酒的奥秘，学联先后组织同学们去参观了瑞士的酒厂与酒庄。Swissgrapes里面有品种各不相同，但是物美价廉的葡萄酒，全部都是瑞士本地制作。其中有一个小的存酒仓库只允许每次通过一个人，据说里面可以同时容纳150人左右。 Domaine Du Daley酒庄至今已经上百年了，已被列入沃州的非物质文化遗产，坐拥日内瓦湖的绝美景色和先天的地理优势，成为沃州地区的一颗珍珠。

Oenology is a vital part for the Hospitality students to learn about. EHL CSSA has organized tours to the vineyards to bring a unforgettable experience of our fellow students. We experienced different vineyards that some have a wine cellar that can only let a single person to move in and out. Among them, Domaine Du Daley Vineyard has hundreds years of history, and be named as the Intangible Cultural Heritage. With the splendid geographic location and wonderful view, it has been the pearl of the Vaud.

2018年12月，EHL CSSA 邀请Glion、SHMS 等学校学生，共八十余人，一同参与了以金秋蟹宴为主题的品蟹活动。旨在团结留瑞中国学生，增强学校学生之间联系，也是让广大学子能在他乡感受到家乡的温暖。

In December 2018, EHL CSSA invited students from Glion, SHMS and other hospitality schools. Around 90 students attended the activity named as Xieyan in Golden Autumn. We try to provide a sense of being back at home. More importantly, we have a strong desire to bring students from different schools closer and have a tighter connection.

由EHL CSSA 组织，于2018年秋季联合多所法语区酒店学校，组织一场盛大的聚会交流，约有90位中国学生参与，其中不乏港澳台等地区，以及韩国等国家的学生群体参加。各校表达了对于新生的欢迎以及对于未来更加亲密合作，亲密交流的期待以及愿景。

In 2018 fall, EHL CSSA gathered students from several different hospitality school in French speaking regions. Around 80 students including Chinese students from Honkong, Taiwan and also students from Korean and other countries, attended the gathering. Students from different school warmly welcome the freshmen and shows a strong desire for having a further communication and a more frequent interaction in the future.

由EHL CSSA 组织的实习交流分享会在2018年9月顺利召开，共有多名学校精英学生进行了交流分享，给予入学新生，以及Bosc学生一个更好的职业实习导向。同时还与多名实习期同学进行线上连线，分享实习中最直接的观感与体验。

EHL CSSA organized a Internship Seminar in September 2018. Elite students shared their own internship experience with Freshmen and also Bosc students to provide them a better knowledge about different internships, provide them a first handed understanding and experience. Also, with students currently working at Hongkong, Singapore and other places, they shared live online to prove a more fresh and straight forward experience and idea of what is internship really looks like in different business.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has been supporting us so far. Though we have been absent for some time, the Chinese Students and Scholars Association in Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne would like to take this opportunity to relaunch our page. We would also be posting regular updates with regards to all aspects of student life which includes activities, events and also further information that might be useful (eg. student accomodation). 一年一度的巴塞尔艺术展今天对外开放。展会时间从6月15日到6月18日。对摄影，装置艺术，画展感兴趣的同学们可以抽空去看看，也算是作为考试间的小放松。Artbasel 2017 opens to public from today to this Sunday. If you are interested in painting, statements, photography and more. Don't miss the chance to take a look. Good luck with the rest of exams.

细心的同学有没有发现，我们已经进入了冬令时， 我们和美丽的祖国现在相差7小时时差了。多出的一小时，又拉长了我们对家的思念。 Now we are now in winter time which makes 7 hour difference to the time zone in China. The extra one hour may be insignificant but somehow enlarge the homesick for our beloved family members.

刚刚过去的Fete Uni，让我们领略了世界各个国家的风俗和美食。 感谢所有参与中国展台布置，舞蹈还有美食制作的同学们，感谢你们又一次把大中华文化发扬光大。 The Fete Uni has let us to enjoy different culture and custom within a day. A great applause for all Chinese students from different semesters in participating with decoration, performance and food. Thank you all for promoting Chinese culture to all our dear colleagues on campus and external guests.
