NOTICE is hereby given that a Sitting of the Leases Approval Tribunal (LAT) will be held on FRIDAY THE 17 APRIL 2026 AT 9.00AM at the Courtroom, Avarua, Rarotonga to hear and consider the applications listed below. PUBLIC NOTICE – COMPANIES REGISTRY UPDATE

To our Valued Customers,

The Registry Services acknowledges that automated notifications were issued early hours this morning (17 December 2025) indicating that certain Companies and Incorporated Societies were removed from the Register.

We are pleased to inform you that this issue has been resolved.

The Registry Services team has been working closely with our Developers to revert the status of the affected entities and ensure that those with overdue annual returns are given an opportunity to return to good standing before any strike-off action proceeds.

We strongly encourage all Companies and Incorporated Societies to check your annual return due dates in the Companies Registry system, and to file any overdue returns without delay to avoid removal from the Register.
