Protecting Minority Rights: A Test of True Justice.
The strength of a society isn’t measured by how it treats the powerful but by how it protects the vulnerable. Minorities whether by race, religion, language, gender, or belief deserve equal protection under the law.
When minority rights are ignored, injustice becomes law. But when they are protected, society thrives in diversity, tolerance, and peace.
True democracy is not just the rule of the majority it’s the protection of everyone, no matter how small their voice.

Let's stand for those who are often unheard. Their rights are human rights.

Let's examine the Latten legal maxim "quicquid plantatur solo solo cedit"

This principle comes from property law and means that anything that is attached to land such as buildings tress or crops etc, becomes part of land and thus belongs to the land owner .
This principle is related to the concept of fixtures in common law where improvements or attachments to real property becomes part of the property itself

Key takeaway: before involving in any land transaction take note of this principle.
