Do you know that as a nursing student, you have the incredible opportunity to create a positive impact by setting up a Facebook profile and consistently sharing health tips to help others tackle their health challenges? In Bali Nyonga, we’re happy to see how the youth continue to embrace education as a crucial tool for development, equipping themselves with the knowledge needed to thrive in our rapidly evolving technological world.
The BANSA train 🚆 continues to move forward! We had another inspiring session in Buea this weekend, where we connected with students from BANSA Buea. This gathering was promising as it created valuable opportunities for networking and knowledge exchange that will benefit not only the students but also the broader community and our beloved Cameroon.
We were privileged to hear an insightful talk from the CEO of Landmark Metropolitan Institute, Prof. Simon Legah Titalavet. He discussed the importance of education and the exciting prospects of pursuing a master’s degree. His encouraging message motivated students to remain focused and determined as they aspire to become influential figures in society.
BANSA remains dedicated to fostering social, academic, and cultural progress, and we’re looking forward to the upcoming cultural week, where we hope to celebrate our unity and diversity! The journey continues, and great things are on the horizon!

The journey of preparing for the future of BANSA continues as the train stopped in Douala yesterday, Sunday, 3rd May 2026. The BANSA NEC delegation had the honor of training members on very important aspects of the fast changing technological world and its competitiveness, as well as on BANSA related activities, with a focus on the upcoming cultural week.
The session covered personal branding and positioning oneself for global opportunities, along with a thorough review of the BANSA website and how members can contribute by adding content to the platform. Many of our archives are still stored in old formats, and they could easily be digitized and shared online.
The tour ended on a high note. All members and the NEC delegation parted ways in a very positive spirit, more ready and willing than ever to keep pushing BANSA forward. The train keeps moving, and the next stop is Yaoundé next weekend.

The memories from the just ended BANSA national convention will live rent free in the minds of all. Those who were present and those who followed online.
Let’s do this again again, big thanks to all who created time to attend, all who supported in one way or another. Together is better 💯
