Justice4all

Whereas the person of the human being is made in the image and likeness of God, and therefore inviolate subject only to such exceptions as laid down by the law;

Whereas any trespass to the person of the human being shall be in the strict application of the law;

Whereas all persons are born free with innate rights; some of which are inalienable;
Whereas one of the fundamental rights is freedom;

Whereas ignorance of the law is no excuse;

Whereas it is in consequence incumbent on all persons to have basic knowledge of the law for the defense of self and property;

a group of concerned and well-meaning Cameroonians have, at Buea, met, deliberated and resolved to found an association pursuance of the objectives contained in the foregoing preamble as in the body of the constitution.
