Kakadua, last Wednesday, we paid our final respects to the late Punong Barangay Ronald F. Mandac.

Kap Ronald served as community captain of Barangay 22 San Andres for three consecutive terms from May 1989 to August 2002, demonstrating his exemplary performance through leadership and dedication to his constituents. Also, under his stewardship, Kap Roland achieved different milestone for his beloved barangay including the installation of Barangay Day Care Center, construction of Barangay Hall and Basketball Court, and they were recognized as Best in Peace and Order Barangay and Finalist in the Cleanest and Greenest Barangay competitions.

We extend our sincerest condolences to the family, relatives, friends, kabarangayans and the lives he touched through his service.
