Jovana Zivkovic is an adjunct professor at Los Andes University and an academic consultant for the British Council, with a master’s degree in Pedagogy in Language Teaching from Los Andes University. Her principal academic interests center on utilization-focused program evaluation and improvement, and English for Specific Purposes. Jovana has worked on material design for continuing professional development and program design in higher education. British Council Colombia

Graham Stanley is English for Educational Systems (EES) Lead for the Americas for the British Council, based in Mexico. Before this, he was Country Director Uruguay, managing the Ceibal en Inglés project, teaching primary school children English via videoconferencing.
