Initially the Plot was owned by J&P, a renowned International Construction Giant, and was the Site of their Newly Designed CY HQ Proposal that I was lucky enough to have personally worked on Designing, having met with Mr. George Paraskevaides just before opening Ai Architects.
It has been quite the experience and ride Developing the Evolution of working on Designing 1. J&P’s CY HQ to then Designing a Proposal for 2. CPO’s Costas Papaellinas Organization New CY HQ, to then Designing a Proposal for 3. Domochemica’s CY HQ Extension, and to Finally Designing 4. Domochemica’s NEW CY HQ.

Kawacom’s KSA Mujan Park Mall, Option 1.
Kawacom’s is spreading to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and we are exploring the 1st Location with a Stand Alone Building at the Entrance to the Mujan Park Mall.

Elysian Bay Suites in Zakynthos.
Zakynthos is a Greek Island located in the Ionian Sea, also known as Zante. 
The Project is an Existing Complex of 70 Apartments that have been converted into a Group of Hotel Apartments that are planned to be run by TUI, one of the world’s largest tourism and travel companies.
The Complex is made up of 8 Buildings with 1 & 2 Bedroom Apartments within 7 of the 8 Buildings. There are 3 Communal Pools in Central Areas, as well as Ground Floor Apartments with private pools. The Complex also includes a separate building with the Complex Reception Area & Cafe-Restaurant Area.

The Caramondani Desalination Plant in Paphos.
Completion of Stage 1 in September 2025, brings back production of 15,000m3/day of fresh water following the devastating and unfortunate fire that destroyed the plant in December 2024.
The project was delivered within 9 months, consisting of a 3 month fast-track design stage, followed by a 6 month construction stage.
The plant was designed to accommodate an increase in its production of fresh water to over 30,000m3 in Stage 2 of the future expansion that will be based on the water supply necessities of the region.
