📸 Czech countryside offers plenty of hidden gems waiting to be photographed.

Rising above the small village of Kunkovice in East Moravia, this charming Dutch-style windmill has been part of the landscape since the 19th century.

Once used to grind grain, the mill worked until 1944 and later fell into disrepair. Today, it remains a unique piece of Czech industrial heritage and an unmistakable landmark in the surrounding countryside. 🌿

Czechia isn't just charming castles, pretty old towns and peaceful countryside. It's also home to spooky and haunted places, making the country a different kind of Halloween destination. 🎃

🕯️ Luková Church: Here, dozens of ghostly white figures silently sit among the pews.

🏰 Svojanov Castle: A medieval castle steeped in legends of restless spirits. You can even spend the night here.

🌲 Bor Forest: Mysterious lights, strange sounds and unexplained phenomena have fuelled its eerie reputation.

💦 Žlutý kopec Water Tanks: A hidden underground world in Brno, where vast brick and concrete reservoirs create an atmosphere straight out of a horror film.

⛓️ Vyšehrad: The catacombs beneath this majestic Prague complex contain mysterious underground spaces that once served as a refuge.

So… which one would you dare to visit after midnight? 👀

📆 Today, September 27, we celebrate World Tourism Day, which this year focuses on the timely topic of digital technologies and artificial intelligence.

Technology is fundamentally changing the way we plan our travels, but our desire to discover authentic experiences remains. 👉 It’s no coincidence that a recent survey by major travel platforms found that this year, travellers are looking for authenticity, local culture and a slower pace.

A piece of Prague’s history is back. 🇨🇿

✨ After 18 years since a devastating fire and more than four years of extensive reconstruction, one of Prague’s most iconic historic buildings is shining again.

Built in 1891, the Industrial Palace (Průmyslový palác) is a landmark of Prague’s Výstaviště exhibition grounds in Holešovice district. 📍 The reconstruction has preserved the palace’s historic appearance while bringing its facilities up to date for exhibitions, fairs and cultural events.

🗓️ The first major event to take place here after the reconstruction will be Designblok, Prague’s international design festival, from 7–11 October. This year’s theme is Light, with the restored Industrial Palace among the festival’s key venues. ✨ Welcome!

Next time you visit Czechia, don’t just see the sights – taste your way through them! 🥐

One of the best ways to get to know a place is through its food. 📍 In Prague and Brno, you can join food tours that take you beyond the usual tourist spots and introduce you to Czech classics, local ingredients and the stories behind them. There are even tours exploring the Czech-Vietnamese food scene. 🥢

In Prague, don't forget to explore the city’s modern food scene in neighbourhoods like Karlín, Vinohrady, Holešovice or Letná. Alternatively, you can also join a cooking class and learn how to make Czech dishes inspired by traditional family recipes!

Have you tried Czech food? 👀
