Starting your first job search can feel discouraging when almost every vacancy asks for experience. If you have not worked in your field yet, it is easy to wonder what you can possibly put on your CV.

The good news is that experience comes in many forms. University projects, volunteering, student organisations, freelance work, and even your thesis can all count. What matters is showing what you learned, what skills you built, and how they connect to the role you want.

Do not underestimate what you have already done; it may be more valuable than you think.
