Morgen startet die FLORIAN 2026 in Dresden!

Bei VLITEX zeigen wir unter anderem zwei neue Lösungen für den mobilen Rauchschutz: die Mobile Rauchbarriere und den Smoke Seal Rapid.

Beide Produkte wurden für den flexiblen Einsatz entwickelt und unterstützen dabei, Rauch in Einsatzsituationen gezielter zu begrenzen. Im Fokus stehen dabei einfache Handhabung, schneller Einsatz und mobile Anwendungsmöglichkeiten.

Vom 8. bis 10. Oktober 2026 sind wir auf der FLORIAN in Dresden dabei, der Fachmesse für Feuerwehr, Zivil- und Katastrophenschutz.

An unserem Stand zeigen wir verschiedene VLITEX Lösungen für den professionellen Einsatz. Mit dabei ist unter anderem die VLITEX PREMIUM PLUS mit dem SAFE PULL SYSTEM und dem GAS RELEASE SYSTEM, eine neue Generation von Brandbegrenzungsdecken mit zusätzlichen Funktionen für mehr Sicherheit im Einsatz. Das SAFE PULL SYSTEM unterstützt eine sichere Fixierung, während das GAS RELEASE SYSTEM eine kontrollierte Ableitung von Gasen während des Einsatzes ermöglicht.

Außerdem präsentieren wir erstmals unsere beiden neuen Rauchverschlüsse. Besucher haben vor Ort die Möglichkeit, die Produkte aus nächster Nähe kennenzulernen und sich direkt mit unserem Team auszutauschen.

After an EV accident, the operation does not end when the vehicle is loaded onto the tow truck.

A damaged lithium-ion battery can ignite at any time, even if the vehicle has already been on fire. This risk may not be visible from the outside and can remain throughout recovery, transport and temporary storage.

The VLITEX Car Service Set supports towing and recovery companies during this entire process. It consists of two specially designed fire containment blankets: one is placed underneath the vehicle, while the second covers it from above. Together, they enclose the vehicle for transport.

In the event of a (renewed) ignition, the blankets help contain flames, significantly reduce smoke and provide a high level of protection against flying debris.

Once the vehicle reaches the designated quarantine area, it can be unloaded while still enclosed and remain secured on the parking space. This reduces unnecessary handling and ensures continuous protection, from the accident scene to temporary storage.

Fire services operating around electric vehicles face specific challenges caused by lithium-ion batteries, high temperatures and the gases that may be released during an incident.

The VLITEX PREMIUM PLUS was developed with additional features to support emergency responders during these demanding situations.
