The session, held under the theme , brought Yoga enthusiasts together for a guided yoga practice in the serene setting of the palace grounds, with participation of Mr. Moritz Ulrich from Peace Yoga Berlin 🌿

The event highlighted the shared spirit of yoga as a practice of balance, wellbeing, and mindfulness.

The event featured an author presentation on the philosophy behind the book, followed by a live demonstration of mathematical concepts expressed through Bharatanatyam-inspired movement.

Guided by Mr. Moritz Ulrich from Peace Yoga Berlin, the session saw enthusiastic participation from Embassy officials and staff, and underscored the importance of yoga in promoting physical well-being, mental clarity, and holistic health.

Under the theme , practitioners gathered for a guided session led by Ms. Deepashri Khawase & Mr. Onkar Chugh, with Berlin's historic cathedral as a backdrop, a moment of stillness in the heart of the city.
