The Embassy of Rwanda in Berlin welcomed Dauaride Empere, Team Leader Startup Consultants at Science & Startups, for a constructive exchange with Ambassador Igor Cesar.

Discussions explored potential cooperation in advancing startup ecosystems, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Rwanda and across the African continent, reflecting a shared commitment to sustainable and innovation-led development.

The Embassy was pleased to welcome members of the Hertie School Africa Policy Students’ Club for an engaging exchange on Rwanda’s development journey, economic transformation, regional cooperation, and innovation-driven growth.

The discussion provided an opportunity to reflect on Rwanda’s long-term vision, including its transition toward sustainable development, digital transformation, and partnerships based on mutual cooperation.
