💜 October marks the beginning of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to reinforce the importance of caring for one another, recognizing warning signs, and creating a culture where seeking help is encouraged.

Sometimes when you ask the questions, "Are you okay? Are you good?" the answers are, "I'm fine, I'm good, or I'm great!"

But sometimes, it takes a leader, battle buddy, friend, or family member willing to ask one more question and truly listen.

This Buddy Check TV spot highlights the power of genuine conversations and reminds us that showing up for one another can make a life-changing difference. Whether someone is facing personal struggles, relationship challenges, or a crisis, no one should carry the burden alone.

. . .

A simple conversation could be the one that changes everything.

📞 If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis, help is available. Reach out and connect with the resources provided at the end of this video.
