Danes je v Sloveniji prisegla nova Vlada Republike Slovenije, za nas na Veleposlaništvu Republike Slovenije v Københavnu pa je ta dan še posebej poseben, saj je naš dosedanji veleposlanik, Mihael Zupančič , prevzel funkcijo ministra za pravosodje Republike Slovenije.

V preteklih štirih letih je s svojo predanostjo, strokovnostjo in srčnim pristopom pomembno prispeval h krepitvi vezi med Slovenijo in nordijskimi državami ter pustil močan pečat tudi v naši ekipi.

Iskreno mu čestitamo za novo odgovorno nalogo in mu želimo veliko uspeha, modrih odločitev ter zadovoljstva pri delu v novi vlogi. Prepričani smo, da bo tudi na ministrskem položaju svoje delo opravljal z enako predanostjo in energijo, kot jo je izkazoval kot veleposlanik.

🇸🇮🤝🇫🇮 Slovenija in Finska nadaljujeta krepitev odličnih dvostranskih odnosov in tesnega sodelovanja pri soočanju z globalnimi in varnostnimi izzivi.

Predsednica Republike Slovenije Nataša Pirc Musar se je v Helsinkih srečala s predsednikom Republike Finske Alexander Stubb. V ospredju pogovorov so bili aktualni varnostni izzivi v Evropi, podpora Ukrajini, krepitev odpornosti družb ter pomen sodelovanja znotraj Evropske unije in zveze NATO.

Slovenijo in Finsko povezujejo skupne vrednote, zavezanost mednarodnemu pravu ter prizadevanja za mir, varnost in stabilnost.

Slovenia was proudly represented at Europe Day at the Norræna húsið The Nordic House in Reykjavik, where visitors had the opportunity to discover our culture, traditions, and the many experiences that make our country unique. 🇸🇮✨

Together with Meta Pahernik, who has been promoting Slovenia and Slovenian products in Iceland for many years, we welcomed guests to learn more about Slovenia through inspiring stories, cultural heritage, and ideas for exploring our beautiful green destination. 💚

Guests also enjoyed a creative workshop held in the greenhouse, where children and adults alike could take a moment of calm to colour traditional Slovenian beehouses and learn more about this unique part of Slovenia’s cultural heritage. 🎨🏡

We are grateful to the ESB - Evrópusambandið á Íslandi / European Union in Iceland for creating such a special celebration of European diversity, friendship, and cultural exchange. 🇪🇺✨

Today is World Bee Day / Svetovni dan čebel! 🐝

To celebrate, we visited young, curious minds across Copenhagen to share the fascinating world of bees. At Børnebyen Vandværket, we spent the day with a kindergarten class, while at CIS Copenhagen International School we met with 1st and 3rd graders eager to learn more about pollinators and nature.

The children tasted Slovenian and Danish honey, built traditional bee houses, and discovered why bees are so important to our ecosystem. We were especially happy to be joined by Danish beekeeper Thomas Vilhelmsson, who gave the children a unique glimpse into the lives of bees through his observational beehive and beekeeper suit. 💛

Seeing the children so engaged, excited, and full of questions gave us great hope for the future of pollinators. Happy World Bee Day! 🌼🍯
