Today, we say goodbye to one of our own, Scout Elyishebah Miracle George.
Scout Akela. She was a leader. She was a friend.

Cub Leader at 4th Dominica St. Alphonsus Scout Troop
and Member of the Scout Association of the Commonwealth of Dominica;
Represented Dominica at the Interamerican Leadership Training (ILT 3) in 2015,
Participated in the Caribbean Cuboree in Guyana in 2016,
Actively supported community activities especially post Tropical Storm Erika and post Hurricane Maria.

The St.Alphonsus Scout Troop family wishes to extend congratulations to Cameron Phillip and team for a job well done. His team was the overall winner of the International Football For Friendship youth championship in Russia. He will carry the Dominica flag at the FIFA World Cup opening ceremony this coming Thursday.

What an accomplishment Cameron you have made all of us proud.

Very proud of our Scouts representing Dominica in Guatemala at Interamerican Leadership Training!

Two young members (Jeiel Joseph and Kerney Jackson) of The Scout Association of the Commonwealth of Dominica are currently in Guatemala to represent us at the 4th annual Inter-American Leadership Training (ILT 4). We wish them all the best as they continue to make Dominica proud.

The 4th Dominica St. Alphonsus Scout Troop would like to extend its deepest sympathies to the families of Danika James-Hautault (Dannoks). She lived a full life despite the challenges faced, a youthful lady always ready with a smile. She has served the Scout Family well. Her passing has left a hole in our hearts.

To the members of the Scout family who are available and would like to attend, please note that the funeral takes place on Wednesday at St. Gerard's Hall at 3pm. Viewing begins at 2:30 pm.

The Contingent of Cub Scouts and their Leaders who are representing Dominica at the 14th Caribbean Cuboree - Guyana. They left in three groups due to availability of flights but they are all together on the Cuboree Camp ground now. HAVE FUN !! Thanks to all those who made this possible.

URGENT: The port health authority has indicated to us that EVERYONE travelling within the Caribbean, that includes in and out of Guyana, MUST have their yellow fever vaccine and must be able to present their yellow fever cards at the airport to continue travelling. The contingent leaders would have received an email today. This rule also applies to IST and visitors!
