WATER INTERRUPTION – WALLHOUSE & CASTLE COMFORT

DOWASCO wishes to inform customers in Wallhouse and Castle Comfort that the interruption in their water supply is due to emergency repairs on a damaged pipeline, which required a temporary shutdown of the system.

DOWASCO sincerely apologizes for this interruption and assures customers that service will be restored as soon as repairs are completed and the system has regained normal pressure.

We regret the inconvenience caused and thank our valued customers for their patience and understanding.

Water has been restored to Paix-Bouche.

WATER INTERRUPTION- GRAND FOND

DOWASCO informs customers in the upper part of Grand Fond, that the unplanned interruption in their water supply is related to ongoing works to upgrade the water system in Grand Fond.

DOWASCO sincerely apologizes for this interruption and assures customers that restoration works are ongoing to ensure the optimal function of the current system.

DOWASCO regrets the inconveniences to our customers and asks residence to remain patient as work to significantly upgrade the system continues.

DOWASCO informs the general public of the closure of its offices in Roseau and Portsmouth on Friday, October 31, 2025 from 12:00noon to facilitate a staff function.

We will resume normal business hours on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 8:00am.

SYSTEM MAINTENANCE - STOWE, BAGATELLE, FOND ST JEAN, FAB

DOWASCO informs customers in STOWE, BAGATELLE, FOND ST JEAN & FAB that their water supply will be interrupted on Thursday, October 30th, 2025 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for system maintenance.

DOWASCO sincerely apologizes for this interruption and regrets any inconvenience that may arise as a result.
