AI for Digital Inclusion (AIDI): مشروع يعتمد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي لتوسيع الشمول الرقمي
AI-Driven Building Footprint for FTTH Inclusive Connectivity Planning
حل ذكي يهدف إلى تحسين تخطيط ربط الألياف البصرية للمنازل بشكل فعال وشامل.
DZ-CheckNews منصة رقمية مخصصة للتحقق من الأخبار ومكافحة المعلومات المضللة.

🔸وفي هذا السياق، تؤكد سلطة الضبط على أهمية المشاركة في التصويت عبر جميع الفئات الثمانية عشرة، حتى يُعتدّ بالتصويت ويُحسب بشكل صحيح

🔸The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications invites you to vote in favor of the nominated Algerian projects, which have qualified for the next stage of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS) prizes, 2026 edition.
These projects have been nominated by the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and are as follows:
• DigiTrust Network: a digital platform aimed at strengthening digital inclusion within African communities.
• AI for Digital Inclusion (AIDI): a project based on artificial intelligence designed to expand digital inclusion.
• AI-Driven Building Footprint for FTTH Inclusive Connectivity Planning: an intelligent solution aimed at improving fiber-to-the-home connectivity planning in an efficient and inclusive manner.
• DZ-CheckNews: a digital platform dedicated to fact-checking and combating misinformation.
In this context, the Authority emphasizes the importance of voting across all eighteen categories in order for the vote to be valid and properly counted.

شاركت سلطة ضبط البريد والاتصالات الإلكترونية في الاحتفال المنظم بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للشغل، المصادف للفاتح ماي من كل سنة، وذلك تحت إشراف السيد وزير البريد والمواصلات السلكية واللاسلكية.
وقد تميز هذا الحدث بتكريم عدد من المتقاعدين من مختلف مؤسسات القطاع، تقديرًا لما قدموه من جهود طيلة مسارهم المهني، لاسيما السيدين بن مرابط سليم ومكيد عمر من سلطة الضبط.
كما احتضن مقر اتصالات الجزائر فعاليات هذا الحدث، في أجواء احتفالية عكست روح التقدير والعرفان.
The Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications took part in the celebration organized on the occasion of International Workers’ Day, observed on May 1st each year, under the auspices of the Minister of Post and Telecommunications.
This event was marked by the honoring of several retirees from various institutions within the sector, in recognition of their dedication and contributions throughout their professional careers, notably Mr. Benmrabet Slim and Mr. Mekid Omar from the Regulatory Authority.
The ceremony was held at the headquarters of Algérie Télécom, in a festive atmosphere reflecting appreciation and gratitude.

L’Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Communications Électroniques a pris part à la célébration organisée à l’occasion de la Fête internationale des travailleurs, célébrée le 1er mai de chaque année, sous l’égide de Monsieur le Ministre de la Poste et des Télécommunications.
Cet événement a été marqué par la distinction de plusieurs retraités issus de différentes institutions du secteur, en reconnaissance des services rendus tout au long de leur carrière professionnelle, notamment Messieurs Benmrabet Slim et Mekid Omar de l’Autorité de Régulation.
La cérémonie s’est tenue au siège d’Algérie Télécom, dans une ambiance festive reflétant les valeurs de reconnaissance et de gratitude.

🔸في إطار تعزيز قدرات إطاراتها، نظمت سلطة ضبط البريد والاتصالات الإلكترونية (ARPCE) يوم الثلاثاء 28 أفريل 2026 يوماً تحسيسياً وتكوينياً حول تقنيات الأرشفة.
وقد تم تأطير هذه الدورة من طرف المديرية العامة للأرشيف الوطني، حيث مكنت المشاركين من الاطلاع على أفضل الممارسات في مجال تسيير وحفظ الوثائق، بما يساهم في تحسين التنظيم والفعالية الإدارية.
وتندرج هذه المبادرة في إطار المسعى المتواصل لسلطة الضبط الذي يرمي إلى تطوير مهارات مواردها البشرية وتعزيز التميز المهني.

🔸As part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen staff capacities, the Regulatory Authority of Post and Electronic Communications (ARPCE) organized, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, an awareness and training session on archiving techniques.
Delivered by the General Directorate of National Archives center, the session took place at the Regulatory Authority’s permises and enabled participants to gain a better understanding of best practices in document management and preservation, thereby enhancing administrative efficiency and organization.
This initiative reflects ARPCE’s continuous commitment to capacity building and professional excellence.

Dans le cadre du renforcement des compétences de ses cadres, l’Autorité de Régulation de la Poste et des Communications Électroniques (ARPCE) a organisé, le mardi 28 avril 2026, une journée de sensibilisation et de formation consacrée aux techniques d’archivage.
Dispensée par la direction générale des archives nationales cette session, tenue au siège de l’Autorité de régulation, a permis aux participants de mieux appréhender les bonnes pratiques en matière de gestion et de conservation des documents, contribuant ainsi à l’amélioration de l’organisation et de l’efficacité administrative.
Cette initiative s’inscrit dans la démarche continue de l’ARPCE visant à promouvoir le développement des compétences et l’excellence professionnelle de ses ressources humaines.
