💡🇺🇸 Great American Innovations 🇺🇸💡
In 1879, American inventor Thomas Edison helped transform the way the world lives with the practical electric light bulb.
What once depended on candles, oil lamps, and daylight could now continue long after sunset. Homes, streets, workplaces, and entire cities became brighter, safer, and more connected through the power of electricity.
More than just an invention, the light bulb helped spark a new era of innovation, industry, and everyday life that continues to shape the modern world today.
