Today, I had the privilege of taking part in the 23rd International Week on Competences in Higher Education in Lithuania, where I had the honour of presenting the University of Oran 1 Ahmed Ben Bella جامعة وهران1 أحمد بن بلة Oran1 University Ahmed Ben Bella, with its six faculties and four institutes. In my address, I emphasised the ongoing transition towards adopting English as the language of instruction in scientific and technical fields. This important shift not only strengthens our openness to the global scientific community but also creates greater opportunities for international students to pursue their studies in Algeria.

As in all my international conferences, I proudly delivered my presentation wearing our traditional attire—an essential emblem of our cultural heritage and identity.
