Tamkeen seeks to make the change in the field of development through promoting the participation of marginalized categories, especially children and their ownership for decisions that are related to their destiny. In addition, Tamkeen seeks to activate the same model (Participation, Access, Ownership) through providing technical and institutional support for the actors in the field of children’s rights, including civil society organizations, shelter/day-care institutions and government organizations.
