📌لائحة شروط الملتقي للمشاركة

1️⃣ يسمح لكل مخرج بالمشاركة في فرعين كحد أقصى، ولا يُسمح له بتقديم عرضين في نفس الفرع.

2️⃣ مدة العرض:لا تقل عن ٢٥ دقيقة - ولا تزيد عن ٤٥ دقيقة.

3️⃣ اختيار العروض يتم من خلال:
* مشاهدة حية (بروفة نهائية).
* تقديم تسجيل للعرض على CD او لينك مفتوح للمشاهدة.

4️⃣ يتم اختيار من ٦ إلى ٨ عروض لكل فرع ، إضافة إلى العرض المنتج من ورش ستوديو نغم.

5️⃣ التسجيل عبر استمارة إلكترونية مجانية خلال الفترة: ١٦ يناير - ٢٠ فبراير ٢٠٢٦.

مشاهدات العروض:
تبدأ من الجمعة ٦ مارس ٢٠٢٦ حتى الثلاثاء ١٠ مارس ٢٠٢٦.

6️⃣ العرض المشارك يُقدم كما تم عرضه أمام لجنة المشاهدة.

7️⃣ ان يتحمل مخرج العرض الأمور الخاصة بقانونية العمل من حقوق خاصة بالعاملين بالعرض وحقوق الملكية الفكرية وتسليم نسخة من إجازة الرقابة علي المصنفات الفنية علي النص المسرحي عند قبول العرض.

8️⃣ لا يوفر الملتقي إنتقالات او إقامة للفرق من داخل او خارج الإسكندرية يتم توفير المعدات التقنية اللازمة للعروض ( إضاءة وصوت ) فقط.

9️⃣ تقديم ملف إعلامي يحتوي على:
صور العرض.
نسخة النص المسرحي.
صور من البروفات أو مواد دعائية.
لينك العرض /CD.

مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي يطلق اسم سهير المرشدي على دورته الحادية عشرة

أعلنت إدارة مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي برئاسة الفنان مازن الغرباوي، عن إطلاق اسم الفنانة الكبيرة سهير المرشدي على الدورة الحادية عشرة من المهرجان، المقرر انعقادها في نوفمبر 2026، وذلك تقديرًا لمسيرتها الفنية الثرية وإسهاماتها البارزة في دعم الحركة المسرحية المصرية والعربية.

وأكد الفنان مازن الغرباوي، رئيس ومؤسس المهرجان، أن هذا القرار يأتي تكريمًا لتاريخ المرشدي الذي يمتد لعقود من الإبداع، قدمت خلالها أعمالًا مسرحية خالدة رسخت حضورها كواحدة من أهم نجمات المسرح المصري، كما يجسد اختيار اسمها حرص المهرجان على الاحتفاء بالرموز الذين أثروا في الأجيال الشابة وأسهموا في ترسيخ قيمة المسرح كرسالة وفن.

وجاء الإعلان عن اطلاق اسم سهير المرشدي على الدورة الحادية عشرة خلال حفل ختام الدورة العاشرة من المهرجان، وبحضور كل من وزير الثقافة الدكتور أحمد فؤاد هنو، ووزير الشباب والرياضة الدكتور أشرف صبحي، ومحافظ جنوب سيناء اللواء الدكتور خالد مبارك، في مشهد احتفائي.

ويقَام مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي برعاية وزارة الثقافة المصرية برئاسة الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد فؤاد هنو، ووزارة السياحة والآثار برئاسة الوزير شريف فتحي، والهيئة المصرية العامة للتنشيط السياحي برئاسة المهندس أحمد يوسف، تأكيدًا على دعم الدولة للفعاليات الثقافية التي تبرز الوجه الحضاري لمصر وتعزّز مكانتها على خريطة السياحة العالمية، في إطار تكامل البعدين الثقافي والسياحي لخدمة أهداف التنمية الشاملة.

كما يحظى المهرجان بدعم كامل من محافظة جنوب سيناء بقيادة اللواء الدكتور خالد مبارك، في إطار التعاون بين المؤسسات الوطنية لتحقيق التنمية الثقافية والسياحية المتكاملة، وبرعاية ذهبية من البنك الأهلي المصري، وشركة عين للإنتاج الفني، وبلدية ظفار بسلطنة عمان. وتتولى إدارة الدورة العاشرة الدكتورة إنجي البستاوي، ويرأس اللجنة العليا للمهرجان المنتج

SITFY Names Its Eleventh Edition After Soheir El-Morshidy

The management of SITFY, chaired by director Mazen El-Gharabawy, announced that its eleventh edition will bear the name of star Soheir El-Morshidy, scheduled to take place in November 2026, in appreciation of her rich artistic career and fabulous contributions to supporting the Egyptian and Arab theatrical movement.

SITFY’s founder and chairman, director Mazen El-Gharabawy, emphasized that this selection comes as a tribute to El-Morshidy’s decades-long career of innovative work. During her career, she presented timeless theatrical works that promoted her position as one of the most prominent Egyptian theater stars. Moreover, her selection highlights the festival’s keenness on honoring figures who have influenced younger generations and contributed to enhancing the value of art as a message and art form.

During the closing ceremony of the tenth edition, the title holder of the eleventh edition, Soheir El-Morshidy, was announced, in the presence of the Minister of Culture, Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, Minister of Youth and Sports, Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, and South Sinai Governor, Major General Khaled Mubarak.

The festival is held under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, chaired by His Excellency Minister of Culture, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities, chaired by His Excellency Minister Sherif Fathy, and the Egyptian Tourism Promotion Authority, chaired by engineer Ahmed Youssef, confirming the state’s support for cultural events that shed light on Egypt’s cultural image and enhance its position on the global cultural map. This highlights the integration of cultural and touristic dimensions in promoting comprehensive development.

The festival is also actively supported by South Sinai Governorate, chaired by Major General Dr. Khaled Mubarak, within the framework of collaboration and integration between national entities to achieve combined cultural and touristic development. Additionally, the gold sponsors of the festival are the National Bank of Egypt, Ain Production, and Dhofar Municipality in the Sultanate of Oman. Dr. Engy El-Bestawy is the festival's managing director and producer Hisham Soliman is the chairman of the festival’s higher committee.

شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي يعلن تفاصيل مسابقة عصام السيد للعمل الأول بالدورة العاشرة

يعلن مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي برئاسة الفنان والمخرج مازن الغرباوي، المقرر انعقاده خلال الفترة من 25 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025 بمدينة شرم الشيخ، عن مسابقة العمل الأول للشباب – النسخة السابعة – بالتعاون مع المخرج الكبير عصام السيد. وتأتي هذه المسابقة تشجيعًا لحركة المسرح الشبابي ودعمًا للمخرجين أصحاب التجارب الأولى التي تحمل مؤشرات تميز تؤهلهم لاستكمال مسيرتهم في عالم الإخراج المسرحي، كما تهدف إلى إبراز الطاقات الصاعدة من المخرجين والمخرجات في مختلف أنحاء مصر شمالًا وجنوبًا وشرقًا وغربًا، ممن يمتلكون رؤية فنية وعلمية تسعى إلى التطوير بنزوع تفاؤلي يعتمد على إمكاناتهم الواعدة.

يفتح باب التقديم للمسابقة اعتبارًا من يوم الأربعاء 13 أغسطس 2025 ولمدة شهر كامل، على أن يُغلق يوم السبت 13 سبتمبر 2025، ولن يتم النظر في أي أعمال ترد بعد هذا الموعد ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك. وتُفتح المشاركة أمام المخرجين المسرحيين المصريين أصحاب التجارب الأولى في مجال الإخراج المسرحي، على ألا يتجاوز العمل التجربة الثالثة للمخرج الهاوي أو التجربة الأولى للمحترف، وألا يزيد عمر المتسابق عن 35 عامًا في شهر نوفمبر 2025، مع اشتراط أن يكون المخرج أو المخرجة مصري الجنسية.

تشترط المسابقة أن يتميز العمل بسمات إبداعية وإخراجية متميزة وألا يكون منقولًا من عمل آخر، وأن يتحقق فيه التكامل من حيث التمثيل والإخراج والديكور والموسيقى، وتُفضل الأعمال ذات الصلة بالمجتمع والتي تحمل همًا اجتماعيًا أو إنسانيًا. كما تقبل المسابقة جميع أشكال الإنتاج سواء كانت مستقلة أو جامعية أو حكومية أو من أي جهة أخرى، على أن يكون العمل قد تم تقديمه في عرض عام للجمهور ومن إنتاج أعوام 2023 أو 2024 أو 2025. وتبقى المسابقة متاحة أمام جميع الشباب المسرحيين في أنحاء جمهورية مصر العربية، مع أحقية اللجنة في حجب الجائزة إذا لم يتقدم من يستحقها، يتم التقديم للتسابق ونيل الجائزة من خلال ملئ إستمارة المشاركة الموجودة على الرابط التالى : https://forms.gle/d4FxT7pi6zYZXM4E7

يحصل المخرجون الفائزون بالمراكز الثلاثة الأولى على جوائز مالية مقدمة من إدارة المهرجان والمخرج عصام السيد، بالإضافة إلى شهادات تقدير وتكريم ضمن فعاليات الدورة العاشرة. كما تتم استضافة الفائزين لحضور فعاليات المهرجان المقرر إقامته في نوفمبر 2025 بمدينة شرم الشيخ، مع إتاحة فرصة المشاركة المجانية في إحدى الورش التي تقدمها إدارة المهرجان

The 10th SITFY Announces Details of Essam El-Sayed Competition for First Performance

SITFY, chaired by director Mazen El-Gharabawy and scheduled to take place between (25-30) November, 2025, in Sharm El-Sheikh, has announced the details of the seventh First Performance competition, in collaboration with esteemed director Essam El-Sayed. This competition aims at encouraging youth theater movement and supporting amateur directors, indicating excellence aspects which qualify them to pursue their careers in theatrical directing world. Additionally, it aims at shedding light on emerging talents of male and female directors in Egypt; north, south, east, and west, who have artistic and scientific visions to reach development through optimistic approaches, relying on their promising potential.

Applications are submitted as of Wednesday, August 13th, 2025, for a whole month until Saturday, September 13th. Applications submitted after this date will not be accepted, unless otherwise indicated. Participation is available for Egyptian theater directors with first works in the theater directing field. The work shall not exceed the third experience for amateurs or the first for professionals. Selected competitors are those who are younger than 35 by November 2025. Moreover, a director must be Egyptian.

The terms of the competition highlight that a work shall include special creative and directing aspects. It must not be copied from another work and must be integrated, when it comes to acting, directing, set design, and music. Works related to our community with social and humanitarian indications are preferred. All kinds of works are accepted; independent, university, or governmental productions. Besides, the work must have been presented before publicly to the audience and produced in 2023, 2024, or 2025. Young theater artists across the Arab Republic of Egypt are welcome to apply. Directors who win the first three places will receive cash prizes granted by the festival management and director Essam El-Sayed, as well as certificates of appreciation within the proceedings of the tenth edition. Winners will be invited to attend the tenth edition activities, scheduled to take place in November 2025 in Sharm El-Sheikh. Winners will also be able to participate in one of the festival’s workshops.

SITFY, sponsored and supported by a group of official Egyptian and international entities, is regarded as one of the most prestigious youth theatre festivals in the Arab world and globally. Since its establishment in 2016, it has sought to open horizons for cultural and artistic dialogue among young innovators, and encourage avant-garde theatrical experiences, with an emphasis on discovering and presenting new voices and visions in theater.

The festival is considered a free creative platform for young artists from across the world. It combines theatrical shows, workshops, and intellectual and critical symposiums. Moreover, it celebrates the most prominent theater figures in Egypt and the Arab world. Throughout its past editions, the festival has achieved a prominent position among specialized festivals. It has become a prominent landmark in the Arab theatre map.

The festival is held under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, chaired by His Excellency Minister of Culture, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, with the active participation of South Sinai Governorate, within the framework of its efforts in promoting cultural and tourism activity. This is due to the support of South Sinai Governor, Major General Dr. Khaled Mubarak, reflecting the collaborative efforts among entities to achieve complementarity between culture and development. Dr. Engy El-Bestawy is the festival's managing director. The upcoming edition is to bear the name of actress Elham Shahin.

The ninth edition was held last November and bore the name of late director Galal El-Sharkawy. It witnessed a broad participation of young artists from different countries, along with several cultural and artistic events that were highly praised by audiences and critics.

In its tenth edition, the festival continues its durable call for theater to become a platform for peace and intercultural dialogue, as well as a lively celebration of young talents and boldness of dreams.

مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي يطلق استمارة المشاركة في مسابقاته بالدورة العاشرة

أعلنت إدارة مهرجان شرم الشيخ الدولي للمسرح الشبابي، برئاسة المخرج مازن الغرباوي، عن فتح باب التقديم للمشاركة في مسابقات الدورة العاشرة من المهرجان، المقرر انعقادها خلال الفترة من 25 إلى 30 نوفمبر 2025 بمدينة شرم الشيخ، وذلك عبر استمارة رسمية تم طرحها للراغبين في الترشح من مختلف دول العالم.

وتشمل مسابقات الدورة العاشرة أربعة محاور رئيسية، هي: ( مسابقة العروض الكبري، مسابقة المونودراما، مسابقة مسرح الشارع والفضاءات المسرحية غير التقليدية، مسابقة الطفل والنشء)

وحددت إدارة المهرجان كافة الشروط الملزمة للمشاركة ومن أبرز شروط المشاركة:
التزام الفرق بالفضاء المسرحي الذي تحدده إدارة المهرجان، الأولوية للعروض ذات الحلول الإبداعية في الفضاءات غير التقليدية، توفير ترجمة ضوئية باللغة الإنجليزية، ضرورة إرسال روابط فيديو كاملة للعرض المسرحي، التزام تام بالقوائم المعتمدة وعدم تغيير الأشخاص بعد الإخطار، وحضور فعاليات المهرجان الصباحية من قبل 3 أفراد على الأقل من كل فرقة

كما شددت الإدارة على أن الاستمارة لا تُعد دعوة رسمية، بل طلبًا للمشاركة، على أن يكون آخر موعد للتقديم هو 10 سبتمبر 2025.

وهناك شروط أخري تتعلق بعدد أفراد كل فرقة حيث تتحمل إدارة المهرجان نفقاتهم داخل مدينة شرم الشيخ، وتتحمل إقامة 10 أفراد عن كل فرقة في مسابقات العروض الكبرى ومسابقة الطفل والنشء، و7 أفراد في محور مسرح الشارع، و3 أفراد في مسابقة المونودراما، إضافة إلى تكاليف النقل الداخلي داخل المدينة، فيما تتحمل الفرق أو الدول المشاركة نفقات السفر الدولي وشحن الديكورات.

وأكدت إدارة المهرجان على ضرورة إرسال ملفات متكاملة تتضمن السيرة الذاتية للعرض، النص المسرحي، الملف التقني الكامل، ونسخة مصورة من العرض، على ألا تتجاوز مدة العرض 90 دقيقة في مسابقة العروض الكبرى و60 دقيقة في باقي المحاور. كما اشترطت أن يكون العرض مناسبًا لفكر وثقافة الشباب، وأن تعطى الأولوية للمخرجين والمؤلفين الشباب دون سن الأربعين.

SITFY Launches Its Tenth Edition Participation Form

The management of SITFY, chaired by director Mazen El-Gharabawy, has launched the participation forms for the tenth edition, scheduled to take place between (25-30) November, 2025, in Sharm El-Sheikh. The official form is released for those interested in participation from all over the world.

The tenth edition competitions include four main themes; (Ensemble Production, Monodrama, Street Theater and Non-traditional Spaces, and Children Theater).

The management of the festival has set mandatory terms for participation, the most prominent of which are:
Each team must be committed to the theatrical space specified by the festival management. Shows that are based on the non-traditional spaces and creative solutions are considered the top priority. English translation is required. It is essential to send entire video links for shows. It is important to be committed to the approved lists; members shall not be changed later. At least three members from each group shall attend the morning activities of the festival.

Additionally, the management emphasized that the application form is not regarded as an official invitation. It is a request for participation. The application deadline is September 10th, 2025.

Furthermore, there are other terms related to the number of members in each team. The festival management will cover their expenses in Sharm El-Sheikh. It will cover the accommodation of ten members for each team in the Ensemble Production and Children Theater competitions, seven members in the Street Theater competition, and three members in the Monodrama competition. Besides, it will cover the inland transportation costs in the city. Teams and countries shall bear the travel expenses and decorations' shipping.

The festival management stressed the importance of submitting integrated files, including shows' backgrounds, scripts, full technical files, and filmed versions of shows. The duration of shows should not exceed 90 minutes in the Ensemble Production competition, and 60 minutes in the other competitions. It also emphasized that the show should be suitable for the thought and culture of youth. Priority is given to young directors and writers under 40.

Since its establishment in 2016, it has sought to open horizons for cultural and artistic dialogue among young innovators, and encourage avant-garde theatrical experiences, with an emphasis on discovering and presenting new voices and visions in theater.

The festival is considered a free creative platform for young artists from across the world. It combines theatrical shows, workshops, and intellectual and critical symposiums. Moreover, it celebrates the most prominent theater figures in Egypt and the Arab world. Throughout its past editions, the festival has achieved a prominent position among specialized festivals. It has become a prominent landmark in the Arab theatre map.

The festival is held under the auspices of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture, chaired by His Excellency Minister of Culture, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Fouad Hanno, with the active participation of South Sinai Governorate, within the framework of its efforts in promoting cultural and tourism activity. This is due to the support of South Sinai Governor, Major General Dr. Khaled Mubarak, reflecting the collaborative efforts among entities to achieve complementarity between culture and development. Dr. Engy El-Bestawy is the festival's managing director. The upcoming edition is to bear the name of actress Elham Shahin.

The ninth edition was held last November and bore the name of late director Galal El-Sharkawy. It witnessed a broad participation of young artists from different countries, along with several cultural and artistic events that were highly praised by audiences and critics.

In its tenth edition, the festival continues its durable call for theater to become a platform for peace and intercultural dialogue, as well as a lively celebration of young talents and boldness of dreams.
