The celebration took place at the Italian Culture center in Zamalek and was attended by her Excellency Niveen El-Qabbag Minister of Social Solidarity and his excellency Giampaolo Cantini the Italian Ambassador in Cairo

The Action established 50 home gardens which are protected by fences and equipped with cisterns, pumps and drip irrigation to save water and nutrients.
50 local women were trained in organic vegetable production in compliance with GAP practices, including environmentally friendly soil improvement techniques, seedling, composting, and use of natural pesticides.








استهدف المشروع إقامة 50 حديقة منزلية محمية بالحواجز ومجهزة بالخزانات, المضخات والري بالتنقيط للحفاظ على المياه والمواد الغذائية.
تم تدريب 50 سيدة محلية على انتاج الخضروات العضوية مع الوضع فى الاعتبار الممارسات الزراعية الجيدة,
كما يتضمن المشروع تقنيات تطوير وتسميد التربة والإنبات صديقة البيئة, واستخدام المبيدات الطبيعية.
