مُساهمات مالية مخصصة لزيارات الباحثين والأساتذة والخبراء والعاملين في المجال الثقافي – الموعد النهائي لتقديم الطلبات : 16 يوليو 2026

تدعُم وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي (MAECI) وتُشجع زيارات الباحثين والأساتذة والخبراء والعاملين في المجال الثقافي والشخصيات الثقافية، سواءً من إيطاليا أو من خارجها، إلى إيطاليا.

من يمكنه التقدم بطلب للحصول على هذه المُساهمة؟
الباحثون والأساتذة والخبراء والعاملون في المجال الثقافي والشخصيات الثقافية:
1-الإيطاليون والأجانب المقيمون في إيطاليا لمدة لا تقل عن سنتين، والذين تم دعوتهم إلى جامعات أو مؤسسات ثقافية أجنبية للدراسة أو البحث؛
2-الأجانب والإيطاليون المقيمون في الخارج، والذين تم دعوتهم إلى جامعات أو مؤسسات ثقافية إيطالية للدراسة أو البحث.

كم تبلغ قيمة المُساهمة؟
يمكن للمهتمين تقديم طلب إلى وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي (MAECI) للحصول على مُساهمة مالية لتغطية جزء من نفقات السفر والإقامة. على أن يتم صرف قيمة المُساهمة دفعةً واحدةً عبارة عن مبلغ يتراوح بين 1500 و3000 يورو، حسب الوجهة ولمدة أقصاها 10 أيام من الأنشطة.

على أن تتوقف عملية الدفع بعد اليوم العاشر من الإقامة.
تشتمل المُساهمة على مبلغ يومي قيمته 250 يورو لتغطية الإقامة حتى خمسة أيام، و50 يورو يوميًا بدءً من اليوم السادس إلى اليوم العاشر من الإقامة في الخارج أو في إيطاليا، بحد أقصى 1500 يورو لكل مهمة.

وتشجيعًا للتعاون مع مناطق إستراتيجية بعيدة جغرافيًا، مثل دول آسيا وأفريقيا (بإستثناء منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا) والأمريكتين، فقيمة المُساهمة المالية المٌتاحة
هى 350 يورو يوميًا لتغطية الإقامة حتى خمسة أيام، و250 يورو يوميًا بدءً من اليوم السادس إلى اليوم العاشر، بحد أقصى 3000 يورو لكل مُستفيد لإنجاز المهام في الدول المذكورة.
كما تحتفظ الإدارة بحق تعديل قائمة هذه المناطق.

فى إطار الحد المالى المٌشار إليه فى هذا الإعلان، يمكن أن تشتمل المهام فى الخارج التي يقوم بها المرشحون الإيطاليون على أنشطة يتم إنجازها في عدة دول.

يُرجى العلم بأن الدعوة إلى الخارج لا ترتبط بتقديم مساهمة من وزارة الخارجية والتعاون الدولي. كما لا يُسمح بإسترداد نفقات السفر بغير الدرجة السياحية.
لأسباب حسابية، يتعين إدراج الأيام الفعلية فقط للأنشطة الثقافية و/أو البحثية.
يُرجى العلم بأنه سيتم تخصيص المُساهمات، في جميع الأحوال، حتى إستنفاد الموارد المالية المُتاحة و المخصصة لهذا البند.
إلى من يتم إرسال طلب الحصول على المُساهمة؟

يمكن للمهتمين تقديم طلبات الحصول على المُساهمة، والتى يتم صياغتها وفقًا للنموذج المرفق بالإضافة إلى الوثائق المطلوبة، إلى المعهد الثقافي الإيطالي المسؤول على الآراضى المصرية ([email protected]).
يُرجى العلم بأنه ستُقبل فقط طلبات الحصول على المُساهمة من الأشخاص الذين بحوذتهم دعوة رسمية من جامعة أو مؤسسة ثقافية، مع إعطاء الأفضلية للدعوات بموجب إتفاقيات التعاون الثقافي الثنائية والبرامج التنفيذية.

بالنسبة للمتقدمين الإيطاليين أو المقيمين في إيطاليا، يجب أن تكون الدعوة صادرة من جامعة أو مؤسسة ثقافية أجنبية. أما بالنسبة للمتقدمين الأجانب أو الإيطاليين المقيمين في الخارج، فيجب أن تكون الدعوة صادرة من مؤسسة إيطالية.

المعلومات والمواعيد النهائية:
يجب تقديم الطلبات إلى المعهد عبر البريد الإلكتروني [email protected] في موعد أقصاه 16 يوليو 2026.
تُغطي المُساهمة جميع الأنشطة من 1 يناير إلى 15 نوفمبر 2026.
يرجى العلم أنه لا يمكن تخصيص المُساهمة للمهام المقررة بعد 15 نوفمبر 2026.
علماً بأنه سيتم صرف المُساهمة عقب إتمام المهمة، شريطة تقديم الوثائق المطلوبة.

Contributi per visite di ricercatori, docenti, esperti, personalità e operatori culturali – Scadenza: 16 luglio 2026

Il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e della Cooperazione Internazionale (MAECI) sostiene e incentiva lo svolgimento di missioni all’estero e in Italia, da parte, rispettivamente, di ricercatori, docenti, esperti, personalità e operatori culturali italiani e stranieri.

CHI PUO’ RICHIEDERE IL CONTRIBUTO?
Ricercatori, docenti, esperti, personalità e operatori culturali:
italiani e stranieri residenti in Italia da almeno due anni invitati presso istituzioni universitarie o culturali straniere per ragioni di studio o di ricerca;
stranieri e italiani residenti all’estero invitati presso istituzioni universitarie o culturali italiane per ragioni di studio o di ricerca.

A QUANTO AMMONTA IL CONTRIBUTO?
I soggetti richiedenti possono presentare richiesta al MAECI di un contributo economico a copertura parziale delle spese di viaggio e soggiorno, erogato in forma forfettaria nella misura massima di 1.500 e 3.000 euro a seconda della destinazione e per un periodo massimo di 10 giorni di attività. Non è prevista l’erogazione del contributo oltre il decimo giorno di permanenza.

Il contributo consiste in un importo forfettario giornaliero onnicomprensivo, di cui 250 euro al giorno per permanenze fino a 5 giorni e 50 euro al giorno dal sesto fino al decimo giorno di permanenza all’estero o in Italia, per un valore di massimo 1.500 euro a missione.

Al fine di incentivare la cooperazione con aree strategiche ma geograficamente distanti, quali i Paesi dell’Asia, dell’Africa (esclusa l’area MENA) e delle Americhe, è previsto un contributo pari a 350 euro al giorno per permanenze fino a 5 giorni e 250 euro al giorno dal sesto fino al decimo giorno nella misura massima di 3.000 euro a beneficiario per missioni nei succitati paesi. L’Amministrazione si riserva di modificare la lista delle suddette aree.
Entro il tetto forfettario fissato dal bando, le missioni all’estero effettuate dai candidati italiani possono prevedere attività da svolgersi in più Paesi. Si precisa che l’invito all’estero non può essere vincolato all’erogazione del contributo da parte del MAECI. Si precisa inoltre che non sono ammessi rimborsi per viaggi che non avvengano in classe economica.
Ai fini del conteggio, sono da includere solo i giorni di effettivo svolgimento di attività culturali e/o di ricerca.
Si fa presente che l’assegnazione dei contributi avverrà, in ogni caso, fino ad esaurimento dei fondi disponibili sul capitolo assegnato.

A CHI INVIARE LA DOMANDA?
Gli interessati possono presentare le domande di contributo, redatte secondo lo schema allegato e complete della documentazione richiesta, all’Istituto Italiano di Cultura competente per territorio (per l’Egitto, [email protected]).
Si sottolinea che saranno accettate solo le richieste di contributo da parte di chi ha ricevuto un invito ufficiale da parte di un’istituzione universitaria o culturale, dando preferenza a inviti nell’ambito di Accordi e Programmi Esecutivi di Cooperazione Culturale bilaterale.
Per quanto riguarda i richiedenti italiani o residenti in Italia, l’invito deve provenire da un’istituzione universitaria o culturale straniera. Al contrario, per i richiedenti stranieri o italiani residenti all’estero, l’invito deve essere rilasciato da un’istituzione italiana.

Le domande dovranno pervenire all’Istituto all’indirizzo [email protected] entro e non oltre il 16 luglio 2026.
Il contributo è ammissibile per tutte le attività che decorrono dal 1° gennaio al 15 novembre 2026.

Si segnala che non sarà possibile prevedere l’erogazione di contributi per missioni che avranno luogo oltre il 15 novembre 2026.
Il pagamento del contributo avverrà a missione ultimata previa consegna della documentazione necessaria.

🎭 Opera Night at the Cairo Opera House 🎭

In collaboration with the Cairo Opera House, we were delighted to present Giuseppe Verdi’s masterpiece “Un Ballo in Maschera”, conducted by the Italian maestro Elio Orciuolo and performed by the Cairo Opera Company and the Cairo Opera Orchestra at the iconic Main Hall.
