The Egyptian Agency of Partnership for Development (EAPD) is a governmental agency affiliated with the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It was established by Prime Ministerial Decree No. 959 of 2013 to merge the “Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with the Commonwealth, Islamic Countries and Newly Independent States” and the “Egyptian Fund for Technical Cooperation with Africa”.
