🔹 About the Role: This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll play a critical role in delivering accurate cost estimations and project pricing for facade systems. You’ll be responsible for preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), negotiating contracts, and working closely with various departments to ensure the highest level of quality and cost control in every project.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Commercial Department to develop pricing for new projects
Communicate with clients to refine project specifications
Prepare and verify financial and technical offers in line with company policies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate budgeting, raw material procurement, and project ex*****on
Approve material specifications, contracts, and variation orders
Provide technical support for design, production, and installation teams
🔹 Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in the aluminum field, with expertise in facade systems
Proficiency in BOQ preparation, project estimation, and civil engineering principles
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage contract agreements
Excellent research and analytical skills for precise cost assessments
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
