🌍Annual retreat of the Computational Earth Sciences group in ⛰️Montserrat mountain: two days of learning, collaboration, and meaningful conversations outside our usual work environment.

💡 Through workshops on scientific storytelling, communication, and networking, we explored new ways to share our work, connect with others, and strengthen how we collaborate as a team.

🧠 The retreat also included a friendly competition to test our knowledge of , the group, and Earth Sciences in general.
A fun challenge that sparked curiosity, teamwork, and a few surprises along the way.

🎖El Premi Nobel d’Economia 2025, Philippe Aghion, serà l'encarregat d'obrir el cicle 'Barcelona : innovació, productivitat i benestar' al Cercle d'Economia amb Iniciativa per la Productivitat i la Innovació (IPI).

Ho farà amb la xerrada Intel·ligència Artificial i destrucció creativa: la nova revolució industrial. Aghion és un referent mundial en l’estudi de la disrupció tecnològica. Defensa que les polítiques públiques han de garantir que el progrés tecnològic generi prosperitat.
