Hoy queremos felicitar a nuestra vecina Encarna Marín García, reconocida en la VI edición de las distinciones Mujer Rural Axarquía, con motivo del Día Internacional de la Mujer Rural. 🌿

Un reconocimiento que pone en valor a las mujeres que, con su trabajo, su esfuerzo y su dedicación, han contribuido a mantener vivas nuestras raíces y a construir la historia de nuestros pueblos.

🇪🇸 🏦 OFICINA MÓVIL DE CAJAMAR EN COMARES

Hoy ha entrado en funcionamiento el nuevo modelo de atención bancaria en nuestro municipio mientras la oficina física y el cajero han dejado de prestar servicio.

💚 Desde Avanza Comares seguimos trabajando para intentar mejorar esta situación.

📄 Ya hemos presentado una propuesta de actuación conjunta a los Ayuntamientos de Comares, Alfarnate, El Borge, Iznate, Totalán e Istán, con el objetivo de que todos los municipios afectados unan esfuerzos y negocien conjuntamente soluciones con las entidades financieras.

🤝 Nuestra propuesta plantea, entre otras medidas:
✅ Abrir una vía de diálogo conjunta con Cajamar.
✅ Explorar alternativas para mantener, al menos, cajeros automáticos permanentes en nuestros municipios.
✅ Buscar otras entidades financieras si no fuera posible alcanzar un acuerdo.
✅ Defender unidos los servicios bancarios en el medio rural.

🏛️ Además, en las próximas horas registraremos una moción en el Ayuntamiento de Comares para que la Corporación Municipal adopte una posición institucional en defensa de los servicios bancarios en el medio rural e inste a la Diputación Provincial, la Junta de Andalucía, el Gobierno de España y las entidades financieras a impulsar medidas frente a la exclusión financiera.

💚 No queremos quedarnos en la crítica. Queremos aportar propuestas y trabajar para que Comares no siga perdiendo servicios esenciales.

🇬🇧 🏦 CAJAMAR MOBILE BRANCH IN COMARES

Today, the new banking service model has come into operation in our town, whilst the physical branch and the cash machine have ceased to provide a service.

💚 At Avanza Comares, we are continuing to work to try to improve this situation.

📄 We have already submitted a proposal for joint action to the local councils of Comares, Alfarnate, El Borge, Iznate, Totalán and Istán, with the aim of bringing all the affected municipalities together to negotiate solutions with the financial institutions.

🤝 Our proposal sets out, amongst other measures:
✅ To open a joint dialogue with Cajamar.
✅ To explore alternatives to ensure that, at the very least, permanent cash machines remain in our municipalities.
✅ To seek out other financial institutions should it prove impossible to reach an agreement.
✅ To stand united in defending banking services in rural areas.

🏛️ Furthermore, in the coming hours we will table a motion at Comares Town Hall calling on the Municipal Council to adopt an institutional stance in defence of banking services in rural areas and to urge the Provincial Council, the Regional Government of Andalusia, the Spanish Government and financial institutions to promote measures to tackle financial exclusion.

💚 We do not want to stop at mere criticism. We want to put forward proposals and work to ensure that Comares does not continue to lose essential services.

🇳🇱 🏦 MOBIEL KANTOOR VAN CAJAMAR IN COMARES

Vandaag is het nieuwe model voor bankdienstverlening in onze gemeente in werking getreden, terwijl het fysieke kantoor en de geldautomaat niet langer in gebruik zijn.

💚 Bij Avanza Comares blijven we ons inzetten om deze situatie te verbeteren.

📄 We hebben al een voorstel voor gezamenlijke actie ingediend bij de gemeentebesturen van Comares, Alfarnate, El Borge, Iznate, Totalán en Istán, met als doel dat alle betrokken gemeenten hun krachten bundelen en gezamenlijk met de financiële instellingen over oplossingen onderhandelen.

🤝 Ons voorstel omvat onder andere de volgende maatregelen:
✅ Het aangaan van een gezamenlijke dialoog met Cajamar.
✅ Het verkennen van alternatieven om in onze gemeenten op zijn minst permanente geldautomaten te behouden.
✅ Het zoeken naar andere financiële instellingen mocht het niet mogelijk zijn om tot een akkoord te komen.
✅ Het gezamenlijk verdedigen van de bankdiensten op het platteland.

🏛️ Bovendien zullen we in de komende uren een motie indienen bij de gemeenteraad van Comares, opdat het gemeentebestuur een institutioneel standpunt inneemt ter verdediging van de bankdiensten op het platteland en de Provinciale Raad, de Regering van Andalusië, de Spaanse regering en de financiële instellingen aanspoort om maatregelen te nemen tegen financiële uitsluiting.

💚 We willen het niet bij kritiek laten. We willen voorstellen doen en ons inzetten om te voorkomen dat Comares nog meer essentiële diensten verliest.

🇪🇸📌 UNA REFLEXIÓN SOBRE EL SERVICIO BANCARIO EN COMARES

🏦 El cierre de la sucursal de Cajamar en Comares es ya inminente. En unos días comenzará a funcionar la Oficina Móvil y el cajero de la oficina física ya ha dejado de prestar servicio.

Creemos necesario hacer algunas aclaraciones.

📅 El Ayuntamiento de Comares CONOCÍA esta situación al menos desde el 1️⃣9️⃣ de febrero de 2026, fecha en la que Cajamar solicitó autorización para instalar una oficina móvil que sustituiría el modelo de atención existente.

🗂️ Sin embargo, durante esos meses NO HUBO información pública a la ciudadanía sobre un cambio de esta importancia.

📢 No sabemos qué información recibieron los vecinos del resto de municipios afectados. Lo que **SÍ SABEMOS** es que en Comares l@s vecin@s no conocieron públicamente esta decisión hasta que Avanza Comares la dio a conocer, explicando además cómo iba a funcionar el nuevo servicio.

⏳ Creemos que este debate debía haberse producido mucho antes, cuando todavía existía margen para que los vecinos conocieran la situación y pudieran expresar su opinión.

🤝 Al igual que ocurrió con la movilización ciudadana contra el traslado del Ayuntamiento, si los vecinos consideran oportuno impulsar alguna iniciativa en defensa de los servicios bancarios de Comares, Avanza Comares estará a su lado.

🏦 En los próximos días 📣 propondremos a los ayuntamientos afectados que lideren una actuación conjunta para defender los servicios bancarios de nuestros municipios.

Creemos que ha llegado el momento de abrir un diálogo con otras entidades financieras y estudiar alternativas que permitan recuperar un servicio bancario estable. La UNIÓN de los municipios afectados puede tener mucha más fuerza que las actuaciones aisladas de cada uno de ellos.

💚 Todavía estamos a tiempo de trabajar unidos para defender los intereses de nuestros vecin@s.

🏦 The closure of the Cajamar branch in Comares is now imminent. The Mobile Branch will begin operating in a few days’ time, and the cash machine at the physical branch has already ceased to operate.

We believe it is necessary to clarify a few points.

📅 Comares Town Council had BEEN AWARE of this situation since at least 1️⃣9️⃣ February 2026, the date on which Cajamar applied for authorisation to set up a mobile branch to replace the existing service model.

🗂️ However, during those months, there was NO public information provided to residents regarding a change of this significance.

📢 We do not know what information residents of the other affected municipalities received. What we **do know** is that in Comares, residents were not publicly informed of this decision until Avanza Comares made it public, also explaining how the new service would work.

⏳ We believe this debate should have taken place much earlier, when there was still time for residents to understand the situation and express their views.

🤝 Just as with the public campaign against the relocation of the Town Hall, if residents feel it is appropriate to launch an initiative in defence of Comares’ banking services, Avanza Comares will stand by their side.

🏦 In the coming days 📣 we will propose to the affected local councils that they lead a joint effort to defend the banking services in our municipalities. We believe the time has come to open a dialogue with other financial institutions and explore alternatives that will enable us to restore a stable banking service. The UNITY of the affected municipalities can be far more powerful than isolated actions by each one individually.

💚 There is still time for us to work together to defend the interests of our residents.

🇳🇱📌 EEN OVERWEGING OVER DE BANKDIENSTVERLENING IN COMARES

🏦 De sluiting van het Cajamar-filiaal in Comares staat nu op het punt te gebeuren. Over een paar dagen gaat het mobiele kantoor van start en de geldautomaat van het fysieke kantoor is al buiten gebruik gesteld.

Wij vinden het noodzakelijk om enkele zaken te verduidelijken.

📅 Het gemeentebestuur van Comares was op de hoogte van deze situatie ten minste sinds 1️⃣9️⃣ februari 2026, de datum waarop Cajamar toestemming vroeg om een mobiel kantoor in te richten ter vervanging van de bestaande dienstverlening.

🗂️ Gedurende die maanden werd er echter GEEN openbare informatie aan de burgers verstrekt over een verandering van dit belang.

📢 We weten niet welke informatie de inwoners van de overige betrokken gemeenten hebben ontvangen. Wat we **wel weten**, is dat de inwoners van Comares pas publiekelijk op de hoogte werden gebracht van dit besluit toen Avanza Comares het bekendmaakte en daarbij ook uitlegde hoe de nieuwe dienst zou gaan functioneren.

⏳ Wij zijn van mening dat dit debat al veel eerder had moeten plaatsvinden, toen er nog ruimte was voor de inwoners om zich op de hoogte te stellen van de situatie en hun mening te geven.

🤝 Net zoals bij de burgermobilisatie tegen de verhuizing van het gemeentehuis, zal Avanza Comares de inwoners terzijde staan als zij het nodig achten om een initiatief te ontplooien ter verdediging van de bankdiensten in Comares.

🏦 In de komende dagen 📣 zullen we de betrokken gemeenten voorstellen om het voortouw te nemen in een gezamenlijke actie ter verdediging van de bankdiensten in onze gemeenten. Wij vinden dat het moment is aangebroken om een dialoog aan te gaan met andere financiële instellingen en alternatieven te onderzoeken waarmee we weer een stabiele bankdienstverlening kunnen herstellen. De SAMENWERKING van de betrokken gemeenten kan veel meer kracht hebben dan de afzonderlijke acties van elke gemeente afzonderlijk.

💚 We hebben nog tijd om samen te werken om de belangen van onze inwoners te verdedigen.

La Diputación de Málaga ha publicado la lista definitiva de solicitudes admitidas y excluidas de las ayudas destinadas a apoyar el emprendimiento y la consolidación del empleo autónomo en municipios menores de 20.000 habitantes.

✅ Si solicitaste esta ayuda, ya puedes comprobar si tu solicitud ha sido admitida definitivamente. (👁️ Ello aún no implica que la subvención esté concedida)

⏭️ Siguiente paso: entre las personas actualmente admitidas se realizará la valoración correspondiente para determinar cuáles alcanzan la puntuación necesaria para resultar beneficiarias de la subvención, hasta el límite del crédito disponible.

Málaga Provincial Council has published the final list of accepted and rejected applications for grants aimed at supporting entrepreneurship and the consolidation of self-employment in municipalities with fewer than 20,000 inhabitants.

✅ If you applied for this grant, you can now check whether your application has been definitively accepted. (👁️ This does not yet mean that the grant has been awarded)

⏭️ Next step: among those currently accepted, an assessment will be carried out to determine which applicants achieve the required score to be awarded the grant, up to the limit of the available funding.

De Provincieraad van Málaga heeft de definitieve lijst gepubliceerd van goedgekeurde en afgewezen aanvragen voor steun ter bevordering van ondernemerschap en de versterking van zelfstandig ondernemerschap in gemeenten met minder dan 20.000 inwoners.

✅ Als je deze steun hebt aangevraagd, kun je nu controleren of je aanvraag definitief is goedgekeurd. (👁️ Dit betekent nog niet dat de subsidie ook daadwerkelijk is toegekend)

Sabemos que solicitar una subvención no garantiza que finalmente se conceda. Pero creemos que los vecinos tienen derecho a conocer las oportunidades de financiación que se solicitan para nuestro municipio y el resultado de las mismas.

📅 El 29/09/2026 se publicó la propuesta de resolución definitiva de las ayudas estatales para proyectos de transformación territorial y lucha contra la despoblación 2025 👇🏼

💶 Casi 200.000 € que no llegarán a Comares a través de esta convocatoria.

Más allá de que una ayuda pueda concederse o no, creemos importante conocer cómo se ha valorado el proyecto presentado y qué aspectos han determinado su puntuación.

💶 Almost €200,000 that will not reach Comares through this call for applications.

Regardless of whether a grant is awarded or not, we believe it is important to understand how the submitted project was assessed and which aspects determined its score.

📌 At Avanza Comares, we will continue to report on the grants applied for on behalf of our municipality and their outcomes.

Because reporting is also a way of monitoring how things are managed.

🇳🇱 📢 NOG EEN SUBSIDIE AANVRAAG VOOR COMARES DIE NIET IS TOEGEKEND

We weten dat het aanvragen van een subsidie geen garantie is dat deze uiteindelijk ook wordt toegekend. Maar we vinden dat de inwoners het recht hebben om te weten welke financieringsmogelijkheden er voor onze gemeente worden aangevraagd en wat de uitkomst daarvan is.

Los van de vraag of er al dan niet subsidie wordt toegekend, vinden wij het belangrijk om te weten hoe het ingediende project is beoordeeld en welke aspecten bepalend zijn geweest voor de score.

Mañana, 27 de septiembre de 2026, tendrá lugar la segunda etapa del 35.º Rallye Gibralfaro, 🚗 un evento deportivo que conseguimos traer a nuestro municipio en 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣.

⛔ Importante: la carretera permanecerá CERRADA al tráfico una hora antes del paso del primer participante, es decir:

🔸 ⛔ De 10:40 a 12:50 h

🔄 Reagrupamiento: de 11:10 a 12:00 h aprox.

🇪🇸 🔌 PUNTO DE RECARGA ELÉCTRICA DE COMARES

📅 Hoy, 25 de septiembre, se ha publicado en el BOP el anuncio de aprobación inicial de la ordenanza que regula el precio público de la recarga en los puntos municipales.

📝 Se abre un plazo de 30 días hábiles, contado desde el día siguiente a la publicación, para consultar el expediente en el Ayuntamiento y presentar alegaciones o reclamaciones.

⚠️ Esta publicación no significa que el punto de recarga esté ya en funcionamiento. El punto de recarga está instalado desde hace ➕ más de 1️⃣ año, pero todavía sigue sin funcionar. La acometida eléctrica aún 🚫 no llega al punto y la obra necesaria para llevarla continúa en ejecución. El plazo oficial para terminarla es el 3 de octubre. Esperamos que, esta vez, se cumpla y el punto pueda entrar por fin en servicio.

📅 Today, 25 September, the notice of initial approval of the by-law regulating the public price of charging at municipal points has been published in the BOP.

📝 A period of 30 working days, starting from the day after publication, is now open for members of the public to consult the file at the Town Hall and submit comments or complaints.

⚠️ This publication does not mean that the charging point is already operational. The charging point has been installed for ➕ over 1️⃣ year, but it is still not working. The electricity connection has still 🚫 not been connected to the station, and the necessary work to connect it is still ongoing. The official deadline for completion is 3 October. We hope that, this time, the deadline will be met and the station can finally come into service.

🇳🇱 🔌 ELEKTRISCH OPLADEPUNT IN COMARES

📅 Vandaag, 25 september, is in het BOP de aankondiging gepubliceerd van de voorlopige goedkeuring van de verordening die de openbare prijs voor het opladen bij gemeentelijke oplaadpunten regelt.

📝 Er geldt een termijn van 30 werkdagen, te rekenen vanaf de dag na de publicatie, om het dossier in te zien bij het gemeentehuis en bezwaren of klachten in te dienen.

⚠️ Deze publicatie betekent niet dat het oplaadpunt al in gebruik is. Het oplaadpunt is al ➕ meer dan 1️⃣ jaar geïnstalleerd, maar werkt nog steeds niet. De elektriciteitsaansluiting is nog 🚫 niet tot aan het laadpunt aangelegd en de benodigde werkzaamheden hiervoor zijn nog in uitvoering. De officiële deadline voor voltooiing is 3 oktober. We hopen dat deze termijn deze keer wordt gehaald en dat het laadpunt eindelijk in gebruik kan worden genomen.
