🚀 PANTOUR da paso a FuTourAlliance.
Durante cuatro años, PANTOUR ha reunido a entidades y profesionales de toda Europa para analizar las competencias que necesita el sector turístico ante los cambios que está experimentando.
📘 Uno de sus principales resultados ha sido la PANTOUR Skills Strategy & Action Plan 2026–2036, una hoja de ruta con 45 acciones para impulsar el desarrollo de competencias, la formación y la transformación de la fuerza laboral en el turismo europeo.
Ahora, todo este conocimiento, las herramientas y las alianzas construidas durante el proyecto servirán de base para una nueva etapa: FuTourAlliance.
Desde el Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero y desde CEHAT, como socios de PANTOUR, seguiremos formando parte de este camino para contribuir al desarrollo del talento y las competencias que necesita el turismo del futuro.

🚀 From PANTOUR to FuTourAlliance
Over the past four years, PANTOUR brought together tourism and hospitality stakeholders from across Europe to better understand the skills needed for a sector in transition.
One of the key outcomes is the PANTOUR Skills Strategy & Action Plan 2026–2036 a practical roadmap built on European skills intelligence, stakeholder input and the changing needs of tourism and hospitality.

It sets out 45 actions across 7 strategic priorities, translating the evidence gathered through PANTOUR into a longer-term agenda for skills development, learning and workforce transformation in European tourism.
And this is not the end of the story.
PANTOUR is evolving into FuTourAlliance.
Building on the knowledge, tools, partnerships and skills ecosystem developed through PANTOUR and TourX, FuTourAlliance (as new brand) will take the next step: connecting skills intelligence more directly to training, occupational profiles, microcredentials, skills development and long-term collaboration across the European tourism ecosystem.
So, if you have been part of the PANTOUR community, stay here with us. The network, knowledge and work developed together are not disappearing, they are becoming the foundation for what comes next, here in this existing community.
