Attend our upcoming training in September:

When you attend, we will help you
1. Experience and Learn the Radiant Coaching Approach
2. Understand what professional coaching is and the foundations of excellent coaching.
3. Define your practice and understand ICF credentialing, forms and requirements.
4. Gain in-depth and experiential knowledge of the tools and techniques in the Radiant toolbox
5. Solidify your understanding of the competencies and put your learning into practice:
6. Select your desired area of emphasis from a list of specialized training

Our goal at the end is that you can apply for an individual ICF Credential via the Level 2 credential application path.

Radiance is a Level 2 Accredited Coach Certification Program and is structured to meet the ICF Level 2 Program requirements.

The ICF's Level 2 (formerly ACTP) programs are considered “all-inclusive”, as they offer start-to-finish coach training: a minimum of 125 student contact hours, Mentor Coaching and a performance evaluation process.
