What is ?
A programme supporting in its implementation of the Homegrown Economic Reform (HGER) prorgamme, which contributes to private-sector led growth and a greater inclusion in the economy.
It includes 3 main components:
> The development of sustainable Public-Private Partnerships
> State-owned enterprise reform alongside PEHAA and M*F
> Support in the implementation of the HGER alongside the Ministry of Finance - Ethiopia
The programme is implemented by Expertise France and financed by AFD - Agence Française de Développement
