أعلنت وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي عن فتح باب الترشح للجائزة الوطنية للبحث العلمي والتكنولوجيا، لفائدة أفضل باحث أو مخترع تونسي، مقيم في تونس أو في الخارج.

À l’initiative de l’Ambassade de Tunisie à Addis-Abeba, la célébration du 70ᵉ anniversaire de l’Indépendance de la République tunisienne a été marquée par la projection du drapeau national sur le plus haut édifice de la capitale de la République fédérale démocratique d’Éthiopie.

Cette initiative symbolique, mettant en valeur les couleurs nationales tunisiennes sur un bâtiment emblématique d’Addis-Abeba, constitue un hommage éloquent au parcours historique de la Tunisie, à sa souveraineté ainsi qu’aux acquis réalisés depuis son accession à l’indépendance.

Elle témoigne également de la solidité des relations d’amitié et de coopération entre la République tunisienne et la République fédérale démocratique d’Éthiopie.

At the initiative of the Embassy of Tunisia in Addis Ababa, the celebration of the 70th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Tunisia was marked by the projection of the national flag onto the tallest building in the capital of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

This symbolic initiative, showcasing Tunisia’s national colors on an iconic building in Addis Ababa, stands as a powerful tribute to Tunisia’s historical journey, its sovereignty, and the achievements accomplished since its independence.

It also reflects the strong bonds of friendship and cooperation between the Republic of Tunisia and the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia.

The Chairperson of the African Union Commission Message on the occasion of the National Day of Tunisia.

The Chairperson of the African Union Commission, H.E. Mahmoud Ali Youssouf, extends his warmest congratulations to the Government and people of the Republic of Tunisia on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of their independence.

This momentous day serves as an opportunity to honour the courage and sacrifices of the Tunisian people in their historic struggle for freedom and sovereignty, and to celebrate the nation’s remarkable achievements since independence. Tunisia continues to play a vital role in advancing African solidarity, peacekeeping, and regional integration — in full alignment with the ideals of Pan-Africanism and the vision of Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want.

The African Union commends Tunisia’s steadfast commitment to the principles of unity, democracy, and sustainable development, as well as its active contributions to regional stability and continental initiatives.
