አፍሪካ የኢኮኖሚ ድንበሮቿን በመስበር በአንድ ግዙፍ የጋራ ገበያ ጥላ ሥር ለመሰባሰብ የጀመረችው ታሪካዊ ጉዞ አዲስ ምዕራፍ ላይ ደርሷል።

በአውሮፓውያኑ 2021 ሥራ የጀመረው የአፍሪካ አህጉራዊ ነፃ የንግድ ቀጣና (AfCFTA)፣ የአህጉሪቱን ሸቀጦች እና አገልግሎቶች በማስተሳሰር የኢኮኖሚ ውህደትን ለማረጋገጥ የተወጠነ ታላቅ ተስፋ ሆኖ ነው።

ይህ ስምምነት የታሪፍ መሰናክሎችን በማንሣት እና የንግድ ፍሰትን በማፋጠን፣ አህጉሪቱን ወደ ኢንደስትሪ መር ኢኮኖሚ እና ዘላቂ ልማት የማሸጋገር ግዙፍ የቤት ሥራን አንግቧል።

ከኤርትራ በስተቀር 53 የአፍሪካ ኅብረት አባል ሀገራትን ያቀፈው ይህ ቀጣና፣ በሀገራት ብዛት ከዓለም ትልቁ የንግድ መድረክ ሆኖ ተመዝግቧል።

የዓለም ባንክ ጥናቶች እንደሚያመለክቱት፣ ስምምነቱ ሙሉ በሙሉ ሲተገበር በአውሮፓውያኑ 2035 የአህጉሪቱን ገቢ በ450 ቢሊዮን ዶላር የማሳደግ አቅም አለው።

ከ1.4 ቢሊዮን በላይ ሕዝብ የሚገኝበትን ይህን ሰፊ ገበያ በማስተሳሰርም፣ አህጉር በቀል የንግድ ልውውጥን በ81 በመቶ ያሳድገዋል ተብሎ ይጠበቃል።

በተጨማሪም ቀጥተኛ የውጭ ኢንቨስትመንትን (FDI) እስከ 111 በመቶ በማሳደግ የመሠረተ ልማት እና የኢንዱስትሪ ተደራሽነትን ያፋጥናል።

የመጀመሪያው የሸቀጦች ንግድ በጥር 2021 ቢጀመርም፣ ትግበራው አሁንም የታሪፍ ቅነሳ ፍጥነት ማነስ፣ የሰዎች ነፃ እንቅስቃሴ (ቪዛ) ውስንነት እና የሎጂስቲክስ መሰናክሎች እየገጠሙት ይገኛል።

ይሁን እንጂ ስምምነቱ ከንግድ ባለፈ የሥራ ዕድል ለመፍጠር፣ የሴቶችን እና የወጣቶችን ተጠቃሚነት ለማረጋገጥ ቁልፍ ሚና አለው።

የአፍሪካ አህጉራዊ ነፃ የንግድ ቀጣና ስኬት በሀገራቱ ቁርጠኝነት ላይ የሚወሰን ሲሆን፣ ይህም ለአህጉሪቱ "አጀንዳ 2063" ስኬት ዋነኛው መሠረት ነው።

ኢንዱስትሪን በተመለከተ

በኢንዱስትሪ ዘርፍ ዘንድሮ 12 በመቶ ገደማ ዕደገት ለማምጣት ታቅዶ እየተሰራ ነው። ኢትዮጵያ ታመርት በሚል ንቅናቄ በጣም ሰፊ ስራዎች ተከናውነዋል። የኢትዮጵያ ታምርት የማምረት አቅም አምና 59 በመቶ ነበር የደረሰው፤ ዘንድሮ 65 በመቶ ደርሷል። ይህም የፋብሪካዎችን የማምረት አጠቃቀም በማሳደግ ነው።

በዚህ ዓመት የኢንዱስትሪው የኃይል ፍላጎት በ40 በመቶ ደርሷል። ይህ ትልቅ ዕድገት ነው፤ የሲሚንቶ ምርት ከፍ ብሏል፤ በብረት ውጤቶች 18 በመቶ ዕድገት ተመዝግቧል። ብረት የማምረት አቅም ገንብታለች። የብራት ፍላጎትን ሙሉ ለሙሉ ማሟላት የሚያስችሉ ስራዎች ተጀምረዋል።

የመስታወት ፋብርካ በዓመት 600 ሺህ ቶን ገደማ የሚያመርት እየገነባ ይገኛል። የፋብሪካው ስራ በማንኛውም መስፈርት አድናቂ ነው። በሚቀጥለው ታህሳስ ወይም ጥር ላይ ይጠናቀቃል። የሶላር ምርት ፓናል ምርት የሚያመርት ፋብርካዎችም እየተገነቡ ነው በቅርቡ ይመረቃሉ፤ ኢንዱስትሪውን ለማነቃቃት እየሰራን ነው።
