የኢፌዲሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት የሚያዘጋጀው የቴክኖሎጂና ፈጠራ ባህል ግንባታ ውይይት አራተኛ ፕሮግራም The future is made locally በሚል መልዕክት በኢንስቲትዩቱ ስታርትአፖች፣ የቴክኖሎጂ ባለሙያዎች፣ የክህሎት ኢትዮጵያ ፕሮግራም ተሳታፊዎች፣ እና የስራ ፈጠራ ባለቤቶች በተገኙበት ተካሂዷል።

በውይይቱ ላይ የቴክኖሎጂ ማምረትና ብየዳ ልህቀት ማዕከል ሃላፊ ኢንጂነር ገዛኢ መብራቱ፣ የነጻ ትሬዲንግ መስራች ኢንጂነር ብሩክ አዲስ እንዲሁም በቴክኖሎጂ የታገዘ የSSB ካምፓኒ መስራቾችና የክህሎት ኢትዮጵያ አባላት ኢንጂነር ካሳ ደጀኔ እና ባለቤቱ ኢንጂነር ወ/ሮ ሰብለወንጌል ተስፉ ተሞክሯቸውን ለታዳሚው አቅርበዋል።

ኢንጂነር ገዛኢ በገለጻቸው እንደተናገሩት በቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ተቋማት ውስጥ የክህሎት ክፍተት አለ። ይህንን ችግር ለመቅረፍ አጫጭር እና በረጅም ጊዜ በሚሰጡ የስልጠና መርሃ ግብሮች ተጠናክረው ቀጥለዋል።

የአገር ውስጥ የቴክኖሎጂ ፈጠራን ለማስፋት ኢንዱስትሪ 4.0 ላይ በደንብ ቢሰራ ከተለዋዋጩ የዓለም የቴክኖሎጂ ፈጠራ ጋር ለመስማማት ያስችላል ብለዋል።

ኢትዮጰያዊያን ርስበርሳቸው ተባብረው መስራት ቢችሉ ከውጭ የሚመጡ ቴክኖሎጂዎችን ማስቀረት እንደሚቻል የገለጹት ደግሞ የስራ ፈጣሪዎች ናቸው።

ፓናሊስቶቹ፣ አገር ውስጥ የተፈጠሩ የቴክኖሎጂ ምርቶችን አምኖ ለመግዛት ዜጎች የሚያሳዩት እምነት ማጣት መሻሻል ቢያሳይም አለመቀረፉን አንስተዋል።

የቴክኖሎጂ ፈጣሪዎች ጥራት ያላቸውን ፈጠራዎችን እንዲያፈልቁ ቀድሞ የተፈጠሩ ምርቶችን አድንቆ በመግዛት ማበረታታት ቢቻል እና የመንግስት አስገዳጅ ደንብ ቢታከልበት ውጤቱ የኢትዮጵያን ፈጠራ ያልቃል ብለዋል።

ኢንጂነሮቹ ባላፉባቸው የስራ ተሞክሯቸው ላይ ያጋጠማቸውን ተግዳሮቶች እንዴት እንደተሻገሩና ከታዳሚያን ለተነሱ ሌሎች ጥቄዎች ማብራሪያ ያሰጥተዋል።

FTIVI Holds Discussion with International Scholarship Students

The Federal Technical and Vocational Institute (FTIVI) conducted an academic and service-related discussion with international scholarship students from Somalia, Somaliland, and South Sudan as part of strengthening regional integration in the TVET sector. The program was jointly organized by the Office of External Relations and the Academic Program Directorate.

During the discussion, students were provided with orientation on the institute’s rules and regulations, as well as the culture, norms, and traditions of Ethiopia to promote peaceful coexistence and harmony. Awareness-raising presentations on these issues were also delivered by Lemma Demissie (PhD), Director of External Relations.

The students expressed their appreciation for the scholarship opportunities and institutional support, while also raising key challenges requiring attention. In response, Gashaw Shewangizaw (PhD), Registrar and Alumni vice Dean, briefed the participants on enrolment procedures, academic schedules, certificate issuance, and graduation-related matters.

The meeting concluded with a shared agreement to strengthen continuous communication with the office of external relations and further improve student support services by bringing their points to management attention.

Institute Holds Productive Discussion with student's Representatives.

​Today, the Institute’s management team held a comprehensive discussion with student class representatives to review institutional progress and address student feedback.

​Dr. Hailemariam Nigus, the Academic Director of the Institute, delivered a brief presentation highlighting the Institute's key accomplishments, particularly focusing on quality assurance and academic excellence.

​Among the milestones shared by the director was the development and review of curriculum.

​Furthermore, Dr. Hailemariam noted that, the Institute has been actively conducting faculty and department tours over the past two years to ensure academic excellence.

​He emphasized that management remains deeply committed to holding regular, open dialogues with the student.
Through these ongoing discussions, the Institute is actively identifying and resolving student concerns while working tirelessly to maintain and elevate overall educational quality.

በኢፌዲሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት ከየክላስ ተወካዮች ጋር የስልጠና ጥራት ላይ ትኩረት ያደረገ ውይይት ተካሂዷል።

የኢንስቲትዩቱ ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ብሩክ ከድር ኢንስቲትዩቱ ዓመቱን በጥራት የመፈጸም ግብ እንዲሳካ በትኩረት እየተሰራ መሆኑን ገልጸው ከባለድርሻዎች መካከል ሰልጣኞች ጋር አብሮ መስራት ወሳኝነቱን አንስተዋል፡፡

የስልጠና ጥራት ጉዳይ ኢንስቲትዩቱ የቅድሚያ ቅድሚያ የሚሰጠው ጉዳይ እንደሆነ ዋና ዳይሬክተሩ ጨምረው ገልጸዋል፡፡

ኢንስቲትዩቱ ከሰልጣኞች ጋር ተከታይነት ያላቸው ውይይቶች በማካሄድ የሚሰጡ አስተያየቶችን እየፈታ ይገኛል ያሉት ዋና ዳይሬክተሩ በዚህ መድረክም የስልጠና ጥራትን ለማስቀጠል የሚያስችል ግብአት ለማሰባሰብ ታስቦ መዘጋጀቹን ገልጸዋል።

የጥናትና ምርምር ማህበረሰብ አገልግሎት ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ሀብታሙ ሙሉጌታ ኢንስቲትዩቱ የስልጠና ጥራትን ለማስጠበቅ በሚሰራው ስራ ላይ የሰልጣኞች ሚና ቁልፍ በመሆኑ ይህንን ተረድተው ሀላፊነታቸውን ሊወጡ ይገባል ብለዋል፡፡

ኢንስቲትዩቱ ጥራት ያለው ስልጠና ለመስጠት ሰፊ ስራ እየሰራ መሆኑን የገለጹት ዶ/ር ሀብታሙ ሰልጣኞችም ራሳቸውን ለማብቃት መትጋት እንደሚገባቸው ተናግረዋል።

የአካዳሚክ ጉዳዮች ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ሀይለማርያም ንጉስ ኢንስቲትዩቱ የስልጠና ጥራትን ለማስጠበቅ እየሰራ ያላቸውን ስራዎች አቅርበዋል።
ሰልጣኞችም አሉ ያሏቸውን ጥያቄዎች ያሱ ሲሆን ችግሮችን ለመፍታት በራሳቸው ቁርጠኞች መሆናቸውን አንስተዋል፡፡

Delegation from Ministry of Education of China Visits FDRE TVTI to Strengthen Cooperation on Digitalization

Addis Ababa, May 22, 2026 – A high-level delegation from the Center for Educational Technology and Resources Development of the Ministry of Education of China visited the FDRE Technical and Vocational Training Institute (FDRE TVTI).

The delegation, led by Deputy Director-General Mr. Zhao Xianzhi, held discussions with Dr. Biruk Kedir, Director General of the institute.

The discussions aimed to strengthen cooperation on the digitalization of Technical and Vocational Training (TVT) and the ongoing development of the Ethiopia Luban Workshop.

Welcoming the delegation, Dr. Biruk Kedir briefed the guests on the institute’s mandate, key achievements, and current efforts regarding digital transformation and international cooperation.

Introducing the purpose of the visit, Mr. Zhao Xianzhi emphasized China’s commitment to strengthening collaboration in digital education and vocational training. He expressed China’s readiness to enhance bilateral cooperation through joint research, training programs, academic exchanges, and other collaborative initiatives.

Additionally, Dr. Lemma Demissie, Director of the International Relations Office at FTVTI, presented the institute’s profile, Ethiopia’s strategic direction for TVET digitalization, and FDRE TVTI's achievements in implementing digital education initiatives alongside the Ethiopia Luban Workshop.

The visit concluded with a tour of the Ethiopia Luban Workshop, where the delegation observed ongoing practical and digital training activities.

በኢ.ፌ.ዲ.ሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ብሩክ ከድር ሰብሳቢነት ሦስት አጀንዳዎች ላይ የተወያየው ቦርዱ የአፈጻጸም ውሳኔም አስተላልፏል።

ዶ/ር ብሩክ ኢንተርፕራይዙ የቦርዱን ውሳኔዎች በትኩረት ለቅሞ እየፈጸመ መሆኑ የሚያበረታታ ነው ብለዋል፡፡

ኢንተርፕራይዙ ተኪ ምርቶችን ለማምረት እየሠራ ያለው ስራ አበረታች መሆኑን የገለጹት ሰብሳቢው ተጠናረው እንዲቀጥሉ ራሱን እያስተዋወቀ መቀጠል እና ፕሮጀክቶችን ማፈላለግ እንደሚገባ ጨምረው ገልፀዋል፡፡
ኢንተርፕራይዙ ሲቋቋም ከያዛቸው ግቦች መካከል ስልጠናን ከምርት ጋር ለማስተሳሰር የተሄደበት ርቀት በጥንካሬ የታዩ እንደሆኑ ሰብሳቢው ገልጸዋል፡፡

የኢንስቲትዩቱ የቴክኖሎጂና ኢንተርፕራይዝ ልማት ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተር ወ/ሮ ጸዳለ ተክሉ ኢንተርፕራይዙ ከልምምድ ወጥቶ ተወዳዳሪ እየሆነ የመጣ ኢንተርፕራይዝ መሆኑን ገልጸው አሁንም ይበልጥ ተጠናክሮ ለመውጣት ማቀድ ይገባል ብለዋል፡፡
ፕሮጀክቶችን በፍጥነት እና በጥራት መፈጸም ላይ ይበልጥ ትኩረት ተደርጎ ሊሰራ እንደሚገባ አንስተዋል፡፡

ይህ ዓመት የኢንስቲትዩቱ የስትራቴጂክ ዓመቱ ማብቂያ በመሆኑ የኢንተርፕራይዙ ስኬት ለኢንስቲትዩቱ ስትራቴጂክ ዓመቱን ስኬት አንዱ ተጨማሪ ፋይዳ እንደሚኖረው ም/ዋና ዳይሬክተሯ ገልጸዋል፡፡


የኢንተርፕራይዙ ዋና ስራ አስፈጻሚ አቶ ለሚ ቱጆ ያለፋትን ወራት አፈጻጸም ሪፖርት አቅርበው ቦርዱ በኢንተርፕራይዙ ስራ አፈጻጸም መቀጠል ስላሉባቸውና መሻሻል ስለሚገቡ ነገሮች ዝርዝር ውይይት ተደርጓል።

ቦርዱ በሁለተኛ አጀንዳነት በውጭ ኦዲት የተሰራውን ሪፖርት አዳምጦ አጽድቋል።

በሦስተኛነት ኢንተርፕራዙ ኢንስቲትዩቱን መደጎም በሚያስችለው አማራጭ ላይ በቀረበው ሰነድ ቦርዱ የተወያየ ሲሆን ገንቢ ሀሳቦችን በማከል በአገሪቱ የከፍተኛ ትምህርትና ስልጠና ተቋማትን ለማስተዳደር በወጣው ህግ መሰረት ተግባራዊ እንዲደረግ በውሳኔው አጽቋል።

የቦርዱ ሰብሳቢ ዶ/ር ብሩክ ከድር በመጨረሻም ኢንተርፕራይዙ ተኪ ምርት ላይ በቀጣይም ይበልጥ ትኩረት አድርጎ እንዲሰራ፣ የገበያ ትስስር እንዲፈጥር፣ የ21ኛው ክ/ዘመን ት/ቤትን የማስተዳደር ሥራው በትኩረት ሊሰራ እንደሚገባ አቅጣጫ አስቀምጠዋል፡፡

ከዚህም በተጠማሪ ኢንስቲትዩቱ ለማርፋፊያ ያገኘውን መሬት ላይ የኢንተርፕራይዙ ማምረቻ ወርክሾፕ እንዲገነባ እየተሰራ መሆኑንም አንስተዋል፡፡

የኢፌዲሪ ቴክኒክና ሙያ ስልጠና ኢንስቲትዩት ለ34 አጫጭር የስልጠና ፕሮግራሞች የሞጁል ዝግጅት እየተካሄደ ነው።

የኢንስቲትዩቱ ዋና ዳይሬክተር ዶ/ር ብሩክ ከድር የሞጁል ዝግጅቱን ያለበትን ደረጃ የተመለከቱ ሲሆን ከባለሙያዎች ጋርም ተወያይተዋል።

እነዚህ የስልጠና ፕሮግራሞች በኢንደስትሪዎች እና በገበያው ፍላጎት መከፈታቸውን የገለጹት ዶ/ር ብሩክ ሞጁል ለማዘጋጀትም ኢንደስትሪዎችና የተለያዩ ተቋማት ኤክስፐርቶች እየተሳተፉ መሆኑን ገልጸዋል።

ኢንስቲትዩቱ ባልተደራጀ ሁኔታ ሲሰጥ የነበረውን ስልጠና ይበልጥ ለማጠናከር እና የስልጠና ፈላጊዎችንም ፍላጎት ለማርካት የሞጁሎች መዘጋጀት ወሳኝነት አለው ብለዋል።

ኢንስቲትዩቱ የሚመራበት የአጫጭር ስልጠና መመሪያ (short term guidline) ጎንለጎን እንደሚዘጋጅ ዶ/ር ብሩክ ጨምረው ተናግረዋል።
