Cradle of Civilization

እኛ ዛሬ የምናየው ጦርነት ብቻ በመሬት ላይ የሚከናወን የፖለቲካ ወይም የሀገር ግጭት ብቻ አይደለም፤ ከመንፈሳዊ ዓለም ጋር የተያያዘ ጥልቅ ትርጉም ያለው ነው። መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ እንዲህ ይላል፦ “የምንዋጋው ከሰው ጋር አይደለም፤ ከአለቆችና ከሥልጣናት፣ ከዚህ ዓለም የጨለማ ገዥዎች ጋር ነው” (ኤፌሶን 6፥12)። ይህ የሚያመለክተው የምናየው ውጭ ጦርነት በውስጡ የመንፈሳዊ ግጭት እንዳለበት ነው፤ የሰው ክፋት፣ ክርክር፣ ትምክህት እና ሐሰት ከሰው ልብ ተነስተው ወደ ዓለም ይፈስሳሉ።

ኢየሱስ ራሱ ስለ ዚህ ዘመን አስቀድሞ ተናግሮአል፤ “ሕዝብ በሕዝብ ላይ፣ መንግሥትም በመንግሥት ላይ ይነሳል” (ማቴዎስ 24፥7) ብሎ አስጠንቅቆናል። ነገር ግን በዚያው ምዕራፍ ደግሞ “እነዚህ ሁሉ የሕመም መጀመሪያ ናቸው” ይላል። ይህ ማለት ጦርነቶች መጨረሻ አይደሉም፤ እንጂ ዓለም ወደ መጨረሻው እየቀረበ እንደሆነ ምልክት ናቸው።

ከወንጌል እይታ ይህ ሁኔታ እኛን ለመፍራት አይጠራንም፤ ነገር ግን ለመንቃት ይጠራናል። ጌታ እንዲህ ይላል፦ “እነዚህን ሁሉ ሲሆኑ በማየታችሁ አትደንግጡ” (ማቴዎስ 24፥6)። እንግዲህ አማኞች የሚገባቸው ነገር ፍርሃት ሳይሆን እምነት ነው፤ የሚያዩትን በመንፈሳዊ ዓይን ማስተዋል ነው።

እንዲሁም መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ የጦርነት ምንጭ እንደምን እንደሆነ ያሳያል፦ “ጦርነትና ግጭት ከየት ይመጣል? ከእናንተ ውስጥ ከሚዋጉ ፍላጎቶች አይደለምን?” (ያዕቆብ 4፥1)። ይህ የሚያሳየው የውጭ ጦርነት በመጀመሪያ በሰው ልብ ውስጥ እንደሚጀምር ነው። እንግዲህ መፍትሔው በፖለቲካ ብቻ አይገኝም፤ ልብ መቀየር ያስፈልጋል።

አማኞች ስለዚህ ጊዜ የተጠሩት ምን ማድረግ ነው? መጽሐፍ ቅዱስ መልሱን ይሰጣል፦
• “ሁሉ ነገር በጸሎትና በልመና ከምስጋና ጋር ወደ እግዚአብሔር ያቀርቡ” (ፊልጵስዩስ 4፥6)
• “የእግዚአብሔርን ሙሉ ጦር ይልበሱ” (ኤፌሶን 6፥11)
• “በክፉ አትሸነፉ፣ ነገር ግን በመልካም ክፉን አሸንፉ” (ሮሜ 12፥21)

ይህ የሚያሳየው እውነተኛው ጦርነት በመንፈስ እንደሚደረግ ነው፤ መሣሪያችን ግን ጦር አይደለም፤ እምነት፣ ጸሎት፣ ቃል እና ፍቅር ናቸው።

በመጨረሻ፣ በዚህ ዓለም የምናየው ግጭት ቢጨምርም እግዚአብሔር አለቀ ቃል አለው። ኢየሱስ እንዲህ አለ፦ “በዓለም መከራ አለባችሁ፤ ነገር ግን እኔ ዓለምን አሸንፌአለሁ” (ዮሐንስ 16፥33)። ስለዚህ ተስፋችን በሁኔታ ላይ አይደለም፤ በክርስቶስ ላይ ነው።

እኛ እንግዲህ የምንጠራው ነገር አንድ ነው፤ ውጭ ጦርነትን እያየን ውስጣችን ግን በእግዚአብሔር ሰላም እንኑር፣ እውነትን እንይዝ፣ በፍቅር እንመላለስ፤ ምክንያቱም መጨረሻው ድል የእግዚአብሔር ነው። 🙏

''የሞተ ፈረስ ጽንሰ-ሀሳብ" (Dead Horse Theory) በመባል የሚታወቀውን ታዋቂ የአስተዳደር (Management) እና የቢዝነስ ፍልስፍና (ቀልድ የተቀላቀለበት ትችት) ነው፡፡ የዚህ ጽንሰ-ሀሳብ መነሻ የድሮ የዳኮታ (የአሜሪካ ተወላጆች) አባባል ሲሆን፣ አባባሉም እንዲህ ይላል፡-

የምትጋልበው ፈረስ እንደሞተ ካወቅህ፣ ማድረግ ያለብህ ትክክለኛው
"ነገር ከፈረሱ ላይ መውረድ ነው፡፡"

''የሞተው ፈረስ" የሚወክለው፡- ፈጽሞ የማይሰራ አሰራርን፣ የከሸፈ ፕሮጀክትን፣ የማያዋጣ የቢዝነስ እቅድን፣ ወይም ጊዜው ያለፈበትን ፖሊሲ ነው፡፡

ትክክለኛው እና ቀላሉ መፍትሄ ያንን የማይሰራ ፕሮጀክት "ማቆም" (ከፈረሱ መውረድ) ቢሆንም፣ ብዙ ጊዜ በድርጅቶች፣ በመንግስት መዋቅሮች ወይም በግል ህይወታችን ውስጥ ሰዎች ስህተታቸውን አምነው ከመተው ይልቅ የሚከተሉትን አስቂኝ ሙከራዎች ያደርጋሉ፡

1. የተሻለ እና ጠንካራ ጅራፍ መግዛት (በሰራተኞች ላይጫና ማብዛት)።

2. ፈረሱን የሚጋልብ ሌላ ሰው መቀየር (አዲስ ስራ አስኪያጅ ወይም ባለሙያ ማምጣት)።

3. ኮሚቴ ማቋቋም (የሞተውን ፈረስ እንዴት ማንቀሳቀስ እንደሚቻል የሚያጠና ግብረ-ኃይል መሰየም)።

4. የልምድ ልውውጥ ማድረግ (ሌሎች ድርጅቶች ወይም ሀገራት የሞተ ፈረስን እንዴት እንደሚጋልቡ ለማየት መሄድ)።

5. ስታንዳርዱን ዝቅ ማድረግ (የሞቱ ፈረሶችም እንደ ህያው ፈረሶች እንዲቆጠሩ መመዘኛውን መቀየር)።

6. የውጭ አማካሪ (Consultant) መቅጠር (ፈረሱ መሞቱን በከፍተኛ ገንዘብ እንዲያረጋግጡልን ማድረግ)::

ዋና መልእክቱ

አንድ ነገር (ስራ፣ ፕሮጀክት፣ እቅድ ወይም ግንኙነት ጭምር) እንደማይሰራ እና ውጤት እንደማያመጣ ከተረዳን፣ በግትርነት ጊዜያችንን፣ ጉልበታችንን እና ገንዘባችንን ከምናባክን፣ እውነታውን ተቀብለን ማቆም እና ወደ ሌላ የተሻለ አማራጭ መሄድ እንዳለብን የሚያስተምር ነው፡፡ .

Now there are two global war fronts. Russia vs Ukraine and US-Iran. Third front may open soon btween China and Taiwan.

This could be distractive to Iran but seems it’s beneficial to China and Russia to achieve their ambitions.

In particular this new war front is good news for Russia. One with observe of Iran oil Russia will have hot market. Two while the world is busy with its own war Russia will do the maximum damage on Ukraine probably to win the whole war on Ukraine. So far Russia has launched strong attack on Ukraine.

Also there is likelihood that China may open new from to bring Taiwan back home...

On February 28, every planet in our solar system will be visible in the night sky at the same time in a rare celestial event known as a planetary parade. The alignment will place Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune across the sky in a display that has not occurred in years and will not repeat until 2040. While the planets will not form a perfectly straight line, they will appear spread across the sky in a way that makes multiple planets visible during the same viewing window. Some of the brighter planets like Venus, Jupiter, and Mars will be easy to spot with the naked eye, while Uranus and Neptune will require binoculars or a small telescope.

The event is accessible to anyone with a clear sky and a willingness to step outside after sunset. No special equipment is needed to see the brightest planets, though a basic star chart or astronomy app can help identify which point of light corresponds to which planet. Astronomers recommend finding a location away from city lights for the best viewing conditions. For most people on Earth, this will be one of the few opportunities in their lifetime to see so many planets sharing the same sky at once, making February 28 a date worth remembering for anyone with even a passing interest in space.
