I warmly congratulate Mr. Adan Abdulla Mohamed Jari on his appointment as the new Commissioner General of the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA).

This is a proud moment not only for him and his family, but for the entire people of Mandera County. Mr. Jari has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, professionalism, and commitment in every position he has held, from serving as Cabinet Secretary for Industrialization to leading Barclays Bank of Kenya with distinction.

His appointment to this critical national office is a clear recognition of his competence, integrity, and vast experience in public and corporate service. He remains a shining example to our young people that dedication, hard work, and resilience can elevate one to the highest levels of leadership in this country.

As the people of Mandera, we celebrate this great milestone together because his success is our collective pride and victory. I also sincerely thank His Excellency President William Samoei Ruto for entrusting one of our own with this important national responsibility. This appointment reflects confidence in merit, experience, and inclusive leadership.

I have full confidence that Mr. Jari will serve the nation diligently and steer KRA towards greater efficiency and transformation.
