Bule Hora University, College of Agricultural Sciences has successfully accomplished a community service and technology transfer project proposals defence.
Really, we had a great time with participants, invited guests and academicians from different backgrounds and specializations. About 8 community service project proposals were presented and evaluated.They are:
1. Animal vaccination campaign
2. Adoption and Technology transfer: Multiplication and distribution of improved teff varieties
3. Production Training of the Brassica Carnita seedlings in terms of transplantation ( Ethiopian Mustard) to local community.
4. Honey bee productivity improvement practices and Technology transfer
5. Establishment of improved forage
6. Dairy market for sustainable livelihood improvement
7. Nutrition sensitive agriculture for enhanced nutrition, health and climate
8. Poultry production in simple portable poultry house through target group implementation.
Finally, we would like to thank presenters, evaluators, chair persons, college level Research and Community Service Coordinator, facilitators and participants.

All (new and existing) winter program students those sponsored by Oromia Agriculture Bureaue and assigned to Bule Hora University, College of Agricultural Sciences ; Please be informed that the registration will take place from January 1-2/2016 E.C (January 10_11/2023 G.C) at BHU main campus.
Therefore, we would like to inform that students should apply in person at the Office of Registrar and Aluminum Directorate of Bule Hora University as coming out of the specified date is not acceptable by the university.

**An open thesis defense is kicked off**
In Bule Hora University, under College of Agricultural Sciences MSc students were presented their Thesis Work. We would like to Congratulates you all👏🎉🎊❤️! Many thanks to Board of examiners, Advisors, Participants, and facilitators (heads & coordinators) for making an open thesis defense colourful and Sound!!

Preparing our GC students for Exit Exam is going to complete by giving Online Model exam( Round 1&2) using both desktop and mobile application. We have confirmed as giving online Model exam by Using Mobile Application is possible. Really we would like to thanks department heads, coordinators, instructors, ICT experts and other contributors.

Bule Hora University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Oromia Bureau of Agriculture on following areas:
1. Beekeeping (capacity building, production and distribution of beehive and branding)
2. Dog vaccination to prevent human and livestock from rabies
3. Artificial Insemination(AI)
4. Irrigation and rain fed based improved forage production.
The delegates from both sides had in-depth discussion on the points and they able to have good understanding of the problems and opportunities.
