The Lead Self Program is officially introduced to the 1/22 Basic Recruit Course today at the Force Training Group, Nasinu.
In the opening address, WO1 Larke welcomes the Basic Recruits to the first ever Lead Self Course Program implemented to the Basic Recruit Course. He emphasized the importance of getting out from your 'comfort zone' and self discovery. In addition, WO1 Kanawale stresses the importance of the program, for the recruits to grasp well the knowledge imparted by the instructors. The program will be for the duration of one solid week.

The new recruits of the RFMF marched into the Force Training Group this morning to commence their 12 weeks of basic soldering skills. The new recruits will spend 6 weeks of training before they will be allowed to meet up with their friends and families. BRC 01/22.

The CRFMF visited the Force Training Group to conduct operational readiness check on 13 Wedn 22. The commander addressed the 100 men and women on parade to re-emphasize the importance of maintaining discipline and the RFMF values.

The Australian Defence Advisor to the Australian High Commission , Colonel Kane Wright was accorded a quarter guard at the Force Training Group this morning. He was accompanied by his Assistant and 3 Officers from the RFMF Engineers Regiment.
COL Wright met with the Commanding Officer, LTCOL Ravunakana. He was then briefed by the Adjutant - Lieutenant Baikeitoga on ADF engagement on current, future project and development at FTG.
