Facilitated by the FEE Team with the support from the team at UNDP Pacific Office in Fiji the first Supplier Development Program was completed with a cohort of 14 Artisan Women πππ
2 Months of capacity building with mentoring and coaching, understanding the significance of business models, pricing and marketing π―π―π―, these women showed commitment and the willingness to make the necessary changes to improve their businesses.
An evening of celebration which we called "Talanoa With Makers", showcasing their products, live demonstrations of masi writing and mat weaving and of course, shopping for the invited guests!ππ
We acknowledge the UNDP Pacific Office in Fiji for funding this pilot program and to the partners - Vodafone, UNCTAD, RBF, and Australian Aid. Facilitated through Fiji Commerce & Employers Federation (FCEF), it has been an impactful time spent with these creative, passionate, artists.
Thank you to Niu Code Creation for the videos and pics, capturing the women through out this journey!
