Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 tsp dried)
1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
Prepare the Steak Bites: Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
Cook the Steak: In a large skillet, heat 2 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side, until they reach your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and cook for 1-2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter, minced garlic, thyme, and parsley to the skillet, cooking until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Combine: Return the steak and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Braised Oxtails Recipe😋🤤❤️❤️
Ingredients:
3 lbs oxtails, trimmed
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup red wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 bay leaves
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
Directions:
Season oxtails with salt and pepper. In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add oxtails and sear until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.
Return oxtails to the pot. Add beef broth, red wine, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and thyme. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2-3 hours, or until the meat is tender and falling off the bone.
Add carrots and celery in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
Remove bay leaves before serving. Serve oxtails with the vegetable and broth mixture.

Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh spinach
1 package cheese ravioli
Directions:
Begin by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
While the sauce is simmering, cook the cheese ravioli according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
