Delegation of Albania to Unesco / Délégation d'Albanie auprès de l'Unesco

The Delegation of Albania to UNESCO is the Permanent representation of Albania in this specialized agency of the UN in Paris.

Albania is a member of the Executive Board of Unesco from 2013 to 2017 : we participate in this governing and decision-making body of Unesco. The Executive Board ensures the overall management of UNESCO. It prepares the work of the General Conference and sees that its decisions are properly carried out. The functions and responsibilities of the Executive Board are derived primarily from the Constitution and from rules or directives laid down by the General Conference.
