Newmachar Running Group (NRG) 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Enora, Vicki, Harry and Alison joined the team at the Axis Centre for a mobility class before tonight’s session. A great way to loosen up and get ready to run! Thank you to Lauren for the trial class and the excellent stretching session.

We then headed out for a fantastic run on the Dolphin Route 🐬 — and yes, the route created a dolphin shape on Strava!

A great effort from everyone tonight. Well done all!👏👏👏

We ran 4 miles last night up to Kingseat and back. It was a beautiful night for a run in the sun 😎

Well, it certainly didn’t feel like summer tonight — bitter cold winds and showers! 🌬️🌧️
