Creative opportunities, news and stories from Aberdeenshire and beyond. This is the page for the Aberdeenshire Council Arts Team.

We work to make the arts part of the fabric of life in Aberdeenshire, to create rich and stimulating arts experiences for the people and communities, in schools, in our village halls, in the streets. We believe participation in the arts enriches our lives as individuals and as communities.

✨Aberdeenshire's Youth Music Initiative Team had a magical afternoon at Haddo House this week with at their annual concert, "Celtic Creatures" — where young people from Aberdeenshire schools brought Scotland’s mythical stories to life through original music, performance, and film 🔥🎶
So inspiring to see such creativity from talented young people involved in DMS projects 💛
