Fel y Tîm Cyflogadwyedd, rydym bob amser yn chwilio am awgrymiadau a chanllawiau a all helpu pobl gyda chyflogaeth, ac yn eu rhannu â hwy. Mae'r ddolen isod yn mynd â chi i wefan 'Healthy Working Wales', sydd wedi creu tudalen o adnoddau – yn benodol 'Cefnogi Pobl Ifanc yn y Gwaith – Canllaw i Gyflogwyr' a 'Ffynnu yn y Gwaith – Canllaw i Bobl Ifanc'. Mae'r ddau adnodd yn ymdrin â sut i helpu pobl ifanc sy'n dechrau gweithio. Mae'r Canllaw i Gyflogwyr yn canolbwyntio ar ddenu, cefnogi a datblygu gweithwyr ifanc, tra bod y Canllaw i Bobl Ifanc yn helpu i ddeall diwylliant y gweithle, gwybod eich hawliau, a lles yn y gweithle.

We as the Employability Team we are always spending time looking out for and sharing with people tips and guides that can help them with employment. The link below takes you to Healthy Working Wales, who have made a page of resources, mostly notably ‘Supporting Young People at Work- An Employer’s Guide’ and ‘Thriving at Work-A Young Person’s Guide’ both about how to help young people entering the workforce. The Employers Guide focus on attracting, supporting, and developing young employees, while the Young Person’s Guide helps with understanding workplace culture, knowing your rights, and workplace wellbeing.
