They are taking the pub signs down today. Sad times at The Cross Keys. If you want the signage go and see the contractor doing the work.

The page is still regularly getting views and new friends liking... strange as I'm afraid folks nothing has changed.

Summer is on it's way - the site is quiet though word on the grapevine is that it has been sold (again).... so lets see what happens...

Timings for Hogmany/New Years Eve,

12.00 pm - 3 pm a wee afternoon stiffner, then a small break,

7 pm - 2.30 am the main event, Roland will be your DJ taking us into 2015,

This is a free entry party no tickets required,

However there will be no entry after 10 pm, come and see in the New Year with great people.

Getting ready for tomorrow nights Halloween Party with our very own homemade putrid pumpkin punch - in a pumpkin.

To prevent rumour control centre going into overdrive: Hawthorn Leisure will put the Keys on the market on Monday with a view to selling it for redevelopment, there is no underlying problems, financial failings or any other secret reasons. This is purely a financial decision, Larry and Kay will continue until a buyer is found and will trade as normal, thank you for your continued support.
