Good Morning All.

A polite reminder to all visitors to Alcester Town today: please do not park in a manner that blocks driveways or dropped kerbs!!.

We have already had to ask for a couple of vehicles to be moved due to inconsiderate parking, not allowing enough space for cars to pass through.
We appreciate that many people wish to park close by to spectate the 10K race, however we ask that you are mindful of residential areas.

Please help us keep access routes clear, leave enough space for emergency vehicles, and show consideration for those who live in the area.

Thank you, enjoy the event. 🚔🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Our Safer Neighbourhood Team officers are out in Bidford – please come and say hello if you get the chance!

We are aware that there’s been some reports relating to e-bikes and mopeds being ridden antisocially in the village.

We take every report you make to us of antisocial behaviour seriously – it all helps us build a picture of what is taking place so we can respond effectively to prevent it.

For reports about ASB riding, Warwickshire County Council has set up the Dob Em In platform to help collect your reports – we’ve left a link in the comments if you should need it.

We are engaged in joint action with our partners, including the Stratford District Council’s ASB team, to tackle these issues.

The more you tell us, the more we can do – if ASB is bothering you, make a report through Dob Em In or through our regular reporting channels for other types of ASB.

While the majority of road users were adhering to the speed limit, A number of vehicles were observed exceeding the limit. One of which was travelling at 53 mph in a 40 zone and can now expect a ticket in the post.

Speeding is currently one of our local priorities voted by you guys so we have more locations planned in the upcoming weeks. If you have concerns regarding speeding vehicles in your area, you can report it via our online reporting system on the website or by calling 101.

Alternatively, any digital footage of moving traffic offences can be submitted online via Op Snap where the footage will be reviewed and can result in prosecution -
