Happy British Sign Language Day.

We are thrilled to show the BSL Mat designed by Let's Sign BSL coming soon to our Wishes to be granted for Deaf children at school.

It feels like we are going full circle with this Wish 💫This is where the story of Chloe's and Sophie's Special Ears Fund started after Chloe's parents started fundraising for a rug to go into her class.

We need to secure funding to make these possible in schools - we welcome any contacts and introductions to funding in Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, London*, Wrexham, Flintshire and Denbighshire.

🌸🐣 What a lovely Easter celebration we had in North Wales! 🐰✨

We had such a wonderful time at our Easter Arts & Crafts session, filled with creativity, laughter, and plenty of smiles 💛

We were delighted to be joined by Joe Griffiths from Deeside Round Table, who very kindly donated Easter eggs for our charity children — your generosity truly made the day extra special, thank you! 🍫

The children had so much fun taking part in an Easter egg hunt and getting creative with Easter wreaths, cards, and decorating their own eggs 🎨🌈 It was a joy to see everyone so engaged and enjoying themselves together.

Moments like these are what it’s all about — bringing our community together and creating happy, lasting memories 💫

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day so special 🙌

🐣💛 Feeling incredibly grateful this Easter! 💛🐣

A huge THANK YOU to Mum and Pops Jackson, along with many of our amazing parents of Deaf children, for your incredibly kind donations of Easter eggs 🍫

Your generosity helped make our Easter Bingo and Easter Afternoon Tea, complete with Easter Egg Hunt, extra special for everyone involved 🐰✨

Seeing the smiles, excitement, and joy on the children’s faces made it all so worthwhile — and that wouldn’t have been possible without your support 💫

We are so lucky to have such a caring and supportive community around us. Thank you for helping us create such wonderful memories together 🙌🌸

A huge thank you to everyone at BNI Ascot. Just a month ago, Chloe's and Sophie's Special Ears Fund joined BNI Ascot and reached out for support with our Easter Egg Appeal, where we planned to host two events: an Easter Afternoon Tea with an Easter Egg Hunt, and a Charity Easter Bingo.

Thanks to the generosity within the Chapter, and additional support led by Beckie, with contributions from Beckie, Ross, Vana, Hamid, Liz, Rishi and Cameron—as well as cross-Chapter support from Lisa and Simon, our regular subs—we were able to deliver something really special.

Our Easter Afternoon Tea welcomed 50 attendees, all families of Deaf children. Each child received an Easter egg, and everyone enjoyed a delicious selection of cakes, sandwiches, and tea.

Our Charity Easter Bingo brought together 90 people—a fantastic mix of families and supporters—and we raised just over £1,100 for our charity.

Since joining BNI Ascot, it’s also helped us cut out some of the noise, which has been incredibly important. We've applied for four grants, been successful with two—securing vital funds and equipment for our Youth Club—and we are hopeful of securing £20,000 for our School Holiday Activities Programme for Deaf children as well as funding for a 2 Year Project in the Ascot area with Ascot Round Table.

We are so grateful for the encouragement, generosity, and focus that BNI provides. Being part of this community is already making a meaningful difference.
